Food was expensive and to be eating off dirty tables definitely not a good combo. There is something wrong with the fountain drinks because every drink doesn’t taste like it’s supposed to. Inside dining is disgusting.

I went to the drive thru and order some food when they took our order they lady was rude. No please no thank you and definitely in a rude tone . When we got to the window to pay michelle didn’t even smile or say hi no greeting just the total amount. Took my card gave me the food before my card and from far away didn’t even go to window to make sure I knew she was talking to me; she said, ketchup? I wasn’t even sure she was talking to me. she didn’t even say thank for coming when she gave me my debit card absolutely nothing. On top of it all the food was bad. I guess the pictures speak for themselves. Meat was old; definitely not fresh. They weren’t busy so I know the meat is suppose to be fresh. Hardly any lettuce on the burger. burger bread was alright and most of the French fries weren’t even cooked all the way: they were hard. temperature food was, burly warm. Definitely returning the food. Hope Michelle the girl in drive thru is better with her customer service. FYI I drop 4 miles to get to the restaurant for Thai terrible experience. And no I did not get home to eat the food. I checked the food before I even left the parking lot of Burger King. Returned the food right away. Definitely not returning. After we got the new food it was still bad French fries and whooper burgers had no onions I love my onions that’s what makes the burger. Anyway, good luck if you return. At least I know Blanca the shift-leader was nice.

First of all the tables were all filthy all of them!!! It was so gross so I told the cashier all the tables were dirty and he said “I know they’re dirty, I’m short staffed” I asked if I could please get someone to clean them or if they wanted to give me something to clean them I would do it myself, I feel he gave me such an attitude about it. I even said I would do it myself since supposedly they were short staffed I didn’t mind at all. One of them came to clean the tables washed all the tables and left ours for last and asked if that was the table we wanted cleaned which is funny because no one else was sitting in there except for us!!! So then The guy who took my order wasn’t friendly at all, I asked if we could get the spider man crowns for my kids because they always get a crown when we come to BK and they saw another kid with one so they went to ask and he was igorning my kids and even one of my kids said he didn’t want to ask I’m sure because that guy was intimidating him with his messed up attitude so I went to ask him myself and he said they were for the spider man combos only which is stupid they’re always free and available to anyone without a specific purchase anyways I asked if I could get the regular crowns they usually have and of course supposedly they didn’t have any of the regular ones. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give one of the spider man crowns if they didn’t have the regular ones. My kids were so sad they couldn’t get the crowns like they usually do and I dont know why it was a big deal to refuse the crowns when they’re always free for the kids!!!! I’m not coming back because the place was disgusting and dirty, the fountain drinks are super watered down and they need friendlier staff too please

Absolute garbage. I would give zero stars. Poor service at the front, drive-thru attitude, poorly made food, token-use restrooms, overcharge on orders. That elderly cashier is always in a bad mood, making customers never return. This place needs a rework of everything.

There is a lady that denied a homeless man food and wouldn’t even hear him out, started to scream at him to leave the area or she will call the police( ended up calling) all the guy wanted was food. End of the day we are all human and no one should ha e the right to deny a person a meal (he had money to pay for said food). She was nice to her regulars.

Worse location ever..The young biy at drive thru window displayed he hated his job. Wrong person to represent any company. Even though i bit my tongue which is hard for me to do….i had to ask for everything. Wrong drink supposed to get lemonade didnt get it. I asked for ranch for my 8 piece nuggets he gave me 1 ranch. I had to ask for 1 more. He gave me a dirty look as if im the problem…then i checked my order. No straws for 2 combos so again i had to ask. Im glad i check my orders everytime now before i drive off. Then i asked for napkins because ofcourse there isnt any??? I dont know whats wrong with this younger generation. No common sense, no manners. Just whatever. Rolling his eyes and sighing. As if im the problem again. I was once a manager and i fired a employee for simply not doing his job. Bad for buisness. Ill never go to this burger king again thats for sure.
