Ordered food and got home only to find out I was shorted! I ordered 2, 10 piece nuggets and a 4for 4 meal. What I received was 2,8 pieces and a 4×4. They shorted me a whole 4 nuggets and I highly doubt that was an accident. Probably thought I wouldn’t notice. Only reason I noticed was because I came home and put the food on plates for my kids and it looked off so I counted them. Very disappointed

Very unfriendly, went to drive through. The greeting was…”what do you want?”, I should’ve left at that point. They were out of Coke, with the exception of flavored Coke, they were out of Dr. Pepper all together, I still stuck it out. Got to the window and the lady opens the window to tell me my total, hands me my drink, then literally almost threw the bag in my car. I look in the bag and try to get her attention for my receipt, napkins, and ketchup, and she rolls her eyes and walks off. She doesn’t even acknowledge I’m saying “excuse me”, in order to gain her attention. She finally comes back, cracks open the window, I ask for the above listed items and she says they are out of all those things and slams the window back shut. Nope, not going back, especially since they are a more expensive fast food chain, why would I want to spend money there. I drive off, stick my hand in the bag to sneak a fry to eat on my way home, and the fries are barely warm in fact a few are cold! I couldn’t bare to go back to tell them I wanted new fries, but I am more than happy to let you know how bad it is. The power of a review…

This is by far the worst Wendy’s in the Houston area. There is always a problem here. That never have all the menu items. After 8pm on any day that no longer take cards. Cash only! Who carries cash? “No burgers just nuggets and fries” This whole staff should be fired!

It was your normal Wendy’s. Nice clean atmosphere. My only issue was I had a pretty big order (five different meals with five drinks) and they were all out of cup holders (we went in to pick up the order). So, with it being just me it was a little inconvenient to try to figure out how to get all these drinks to my vehicle. I made a way without spilling nothing so kudos to my drink caring skills.

Absolute horrible experience. I get home and notice my daughters 10 piece spicy nugget meal and bacon double are missing and all the fry’s are old and cold. I have never complained about young people working because I normally give them benefit of the doubt and glad they have a job however this young lady deserves to be fired! I bring back the receipt and this ignorant girl says “did you bring back all the food?” I said no, I live over 10 minutes away and didn’t think to bring food back. I would just like fresh fry’s and the nugget meal and missing burger, not the entire order. Her response “well that’s how it works “. I asked to speak with the manager. She lied and said she was the manager until I asked her name. She then said she would get other manager and shut the window and locked it and went to the back. It was over 10 minutes and she finally came back but was ignoring me until I waived at her and she came to window and said she would get manager. I had to request for my receipt back (she was trying to keep it). Finally a young man with some kind of sense came to widow and said he was manager. I explained situation and advised him I just wanted missing items replaced however now I don’t want anything because of the people working and they would probably put something in food. I have contacted corporate and demand a full refund. I don’t want food from this or any other Wendy’s again. I really hope this rude employee gets fired.

Worst Wendy’s ever !!!! No one in the store knows how to use the rewards!! All very inexperienced!! Ask for a salad an told them I was using my rewards an they took my rewards BUT told me I’d have to pay for my salad. So they got my 800 points and charged me for my salad. All very inexperienced. Never again. Go somewhere else

More times than a few I have horrible experiences at this Wendy’s location. It is filled with teenagers that have not a care in the world. To my surprise their manager is no better (a hispanic or Arab) shorter lady. I placed a nugget meal order and specifically asked for BBQ sauce in the drive through. Ofcourse I noticed there was no sauce. after I pulled off. I decided to go in to ask for some more. No one greeted me including the manger, even though they all saw me walk in. I had to ask her to come to the counter and hand me some sauce. She then slid it to me on the counter without saying anything to me. I then said I need another sauce I have a lot of nuggets, she tells me okay that will be .30 additional. I tell her no, I have plenty of nuggets and I won’t pay for an additional sauce especially since I didn’t receive the correct order in the first place and had to get out of my car and come in. She then states “oh you didn’t receive any” and slides me another. No apology or anything, I was truly disgusted. This is who the young adults working here have to look up to. I hope this location gets new management and staff because at this rate things aren’t looking good.

I work late night and for the last hour they are only selling nuggets and fries because they made it very clear that they were not going to cook anything else…they have other items on the menu to sell but they refuse to cook them because they already started to close for the end of shift. I don’t believe that this is fair on any count for those who are on lunch looking for a decent meal, with a place of business that closes at 12midnight. And my nuggets were cold.

I ordered large fries and a large lemonade, fries at best were warm. I asked for a receipt, and she got her manager to come to the window to ask what I needed as if asking for a receipt had to be escalated. Not the best experience.
