Went for the first time today and even thought it TOOK FOREVER to open definitely worth the wait and everything was great. The staff was really nice and everything was very fresh. Definitely glad to have more choices close to home. Popeyes for the win!!

I love me some Popeyes, but I especially love when they serve the chicken fresh. This location I have to give a 10/10 will recommend. The staff was nice. The young lady at the window, I could tell she was new to working a window. I told her she’s doing a great job, and I know it may be overwhelming with a long time. If you visit, please be patient and kind. I ordered ghost pepper wings for the first time and they were bussin (delicious). My fries were hot and fresh. I asked for my frozen lemonade with light strawberry syrup, and they made it perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming at minimum once a week lol. I ordered a 3 piece and they gave me a breast, leg, and a thigh (the best variety).

I love Popeyes and I really love this store. Ms Karen was amazing and so was her staff. They made sure that we were comfortable with our dine in meal. Honestly, this Popeyes is one of the best locations I’ve ever been too!! I was simply passing by when I saw all the new flags out front for the opening. So I stopped in to eat. The restaurant itself is decorated nicely and very clean! I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door by the GM Karen! Karen is top Notch!!! She’s attentive, prompt and SUPER NICE including her staff! She even delivered the food hot, fresh and super quick to my table!!! I will definitely return to this location in thr future!!

Came in for a quick bite with my wife and daughter. It was busy, but the whole crew greeted us as we came inside. Restaraunt was nice and clean. The cashier was sweet, and the crew working the food were very accommodating. Someone even came to check on the folks eating, which is not a usual thing I see at these quick/fast food restaraunts.

Placed a mobile order at 9:45pm and arrived at 10pm. Walked in the lobby because the doors were unlocked and simply told them I had a mobile order to which they told me to go through the drive through to pick it up which was backed up and not moving. If the lobby is not able to be used to pick up food which is supposed to be faster because I ordered ahead in the first place to begin with right? Then lock it. Waited in the drive through line with 4 cars in front of me to finally get my food at 10:40 pm. I have given this location 3 tries since it’s so close to home but all the employees (always see 10+ employees in the back staring at walls and on the phone) are incredibly slow and you can never get out in a timely manner. If it were possible to give zero stars, I SO would. From who I am assuming is the manager or assistant manager since he was wearing a different shirt color than everyone else, I am BAFFLED at how I was treated in the driver thru. After waiting 40 minutes in lines with only four cars ahead of me, I was asked if I had an 8 piece tender. I responded “8? It was supposed to be 3 piece,” to which he responded “oh maybe I entered it incorrectly.” I said, “oh please don’t change it, it may be the person behind me. It is a mobile order, correct?” Just wanting to confirm my order. He then gave me an irritated look and said “well you should have told me it was a mobile order to begin with,” and then closed the window and walked off. Are you kidding??? I already can’t stand the employees because of how rude they are, and now a supervisor??? DO NOT waste your money at this location. Do even know why I bothered trying this place again after my last bad experience. Then when I got back to work, all of the items I ordered were DUMPED in the bag. Seriously? Coming from someone who’s worked management before, train again and DO BETTER.

Waited about 40 minutes for chicken strips in the drive thru.. our entire order was wrong after waiting nearly an hour when we were told “five minutes” and I assume someone else got our order… the manager refused to refund the order over the phone, had to drive aaaaalllll the way back to do the refund. No apology, no accountability, and trying to avoid giving the refund back for the wrong order we waited ages for.. no receipt taped to the bag to even know what order may have belonged to what car.. no apology for the wait just shoved through the car window. Really frustrating and will not be going back to this location, and may give corporate a call. I hate to be that person, but working food service for years, I get accidents happen, but it really is how you deal with it, and this was handled so poorly.

This place is still new and I say that because the last 2 time I went my order was messed up. The staff is very nice so there is no problem with them at all. The chicken is good but not as good as going to a Popeyes that has been open for awhile.
