I ordered a Turkey Tom, and cashier asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. Unfortunately they must not train their employees well because not only was there cheese on my sub, but they charged me for something I did not want. I am tired of Billion Dollar Corporations stealing from me. Plus they asked me for a tip, which I am glad I did not do. TRAIN AND PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. I will never go back.

Still waiting on it to go “out for delivery” after ordering at 12:58pm. Now it’s 2:07 – That “freaky fast” must be a thing of the past. Follow up – order never came, i tried to cancel out order, and the guy that answered just said he’s cancelling and to “tell the driver”, and then giggled. Weird service and experience.

I have been a customer here for at least 7 years. I have never had an issue with this location. But over the last year its just getting so bad. At least 6 times in the last year I’ve had to send my order back. Today was the last straw. I waited for over an hour to receive my sandwich (so not freaky fast) when I called for a time estimate I was informed that it was getting ready to leave the store and I asked to please make sure there was no sauce on my 18 dollar sandwich. The employee did not check he read the receipt and said there should not be any sauce on it. Great answer my guy I requested this specifically on my order and wrote in the notes section. Well after waiting 1.25 hours for my lunch to arrive I get a disgustingly soggy sandwich with you guessed it sauce dripping everywhere. I call back and explain that I’m super disappointed and want to speak with a manager. The manager refused to get on the phone but could be heard barking commands to the poor dude who failed to check my sandwich upon request before leaving the store. Needless to say they are coming to pick up the sandwich because I would lie about my continued request to have my sandwich made appropriately and it being delivered in a manner not consistent with my one request. So I now am starving at 3:30 pm have to take time out of work to give the driver the sandwich and have to wait 3 to 5 days for my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous it takes more time to make the error than just making my sandwich without the added vinegar and oil I figured at least reading was a requirement to work ♀️Now I’m just HANGRY and won’t get home until 6 pm

Wish I could give negative stars at this point. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and tried ordering from them even after experiencing bad service, but again the service and food is terrible. Used to love them and order from them all the time. The first incident waiting for 2 hours for my food. I ordered the veggie sandwich, and when it arrived it barely had an veggies on it, and I had added a couple of things (pickles, onions) that they just ignored apparently. I thought, ok, they were having a bad day. Decided to order the veggie sandwich today, and this is what I received. I paid $14 total (includes tip for delivery) for this mess. Last time I’m ordering. Writing this as a warning to others…don’t waste your time or money.

Same as everyone else. Place really went downhill recently. Sandwiches consistently take 1 – 2 hours to be delivered when their whole business model is suppose to be “freaky fast”. I understand there are staff shortages, but this issue has been going on for well over a year, coming on two years. That excuse does not cut it anymore. The Company cannot continue to deliver over an hour late every time for the rest of time and use the excuse “we can’t find people to hire”. Figure it out.

Typically deliveries are slow so I order with at least an hour to spare before my lunch. Today I called after my order never leaving the restaurant. The employee told me it’s headed out the door now. 10 minutes later the app is updated 20 minutes later the delivery person shows up. Then says I don’t have your order. The delivery person was very nice so I added a star for that. But had them cancel the whole order. They are not FREAKY FAST but I’m so mad I couldn’t eat on my lunch break because it was spent waiting for them. Then they forget my sandwich even though I was told it was on its way.

It’s impossible to order sandwiches from this location. The first time I tried, a couple of months ago, I stopped by the location at lunch and the lobby was closed. They were only taking online orders. The second time, I placed an online order around 6:15 for dinner. The Jimmy Johns website and Google Maps both listed the location as open until 8:00, but I got a call to tell me they had closed at 6:00 and would have to cancel my order. The third time I tried, around 5:00 today, I called to see if they were open but they wouldn’t answer the phone. I stopped by the location, since I had seen earlier that the lobby appeared to finally be open again. I arrived at 5:45 as they were locking the door and they told me they were closed. Why were they closing at 5:45? The website listed the location as open until 8:00.
