I arrived with my daughter at 10:40 pm on August 1, 2023. We parked pushed the red button and no one came on to so much as take our order. Although, whoever answered the button at 11:01 was rude and simply stated, “We are closed”. I responded that we had arrived 20 minutes before closing and had hoped to order drinks, there was no response. During the time I was waiting I noticed only one employee come out several times to speak with what appeared to be friend in a vehicle, I noticed no orders being delivered to at least five occupied vehicles and when I was told “We are closed“ multiple potential customers left at the same time. This was the worst service I have ever received. We will not return. A single star because I had to in order to post this.

We ordered 3 foot long chilli dogs, chilli cheese fries and tots. Didn’t receive the tots and 2 out of 3 dogs were WAY over done. Sad sad sad. Is it so hard to see how bad food is before you serve it???

Come on, I order mozzarella sticks and you can’t put in the damn marinara sauce. It’s the little things that bring people back. Butterfinger blast is not mixed all the way to the bottom so the bottom 1/3 is just ice cream, that’s why I dont get ice cream there no more.

It took 45 minutes for two drinks, cheddar bits, and a Frito chili wrap. I pressed the button and no one answered went through the drive thru no one answered. Went back to my stall someone gets on the line and says we are drive thru only. In the entire 45 minutes from me checking into the app and putting in the stall number you think you would of said something. Customer service is down the drain here. It takes zero effort to communicate that. I wouldn’t of cared waiting as there is no Sonic in my town but dang!

They always make solid drinks. But the speed is hit or miss. You’ll be in and out sometimes and sometimes you’ll be there for 10 minutes for one drink. Maybe they are understaffed. I don’t drink pop on a regular basis but I get the occasional craving for cherry limeade and sonic always hits the spot. Especially on happy hour from 2-4

My son went to the Sonic located on East Central in Wichita Kansas located between Edgemoor & Oliver. I was on the phone with my son as he was ordering because he wanted to make sure he got the order correct. However the person taking the order was very inpatient after everything he said it was us that all being s person whom has over 20 years in customer service the employee was very unprofessional. So once my son got home with our food both burger of the cheese burger combo meals was burnt my grandson had wanted onion rings with his meal instead he got tatar tots. We also ordered mozzarella sticks & the was nasty not fresh at all. The complete experience makes you want to not go to sonic but even more so when I called to talk to the manager she was very defensive about the order stating he did didn’t order things that was clearly wrong with the order but when I informed her I was on the phone with him while placing the order her tone in her voice changed. I contine to try to support this establishment which has become far & few in between due to the lack of customer service. The person didn’t d offer to send out cards to my home which is ok but when you go to an establishment spending your hard earned money you would like to get your order prepared the way you ask or attempted to order it.
