Rude staff beware of getting charged twice and not getting a refund even with the proof the store manager had no empathy DID NOT CARE THAT I WAS CHARGED 54 DOLLARS TWICE I would never come here again. This happened August 17th it’s August 24 still no refund nothing for an apology literally didn’t even apologize basically Called me a liar the first time I called. I did do a complaint but they are individually owned so basically couldn’t do anything the owner didn’t even reach out to me. BEWARE. They told me come back in 2 days Monday we’ll make it right and guess what they told me today wait another day and DID NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. Yeah but if it was their money they would be real quick. This happened on a rainy windy day a day where supposedly the computer went down and had to charge me again on a different register I’m sure the cameras will show! Thanks from stealing from me and my kids I needed to buy formula with that money and it’s in YOUR POCKET.

If you’re on a schedule don’t order here any more. They used to be good about delivering quickly but the last two times I ordered delivery here it took over an hour. Not to mention that it said it was out for delivery when it actually was not and the staff being rude when we called about it. I don’t know what happened to Jimmy John’s but it’s not what it used to be. Next time I’ll order from hungry Howie never had a problem there. BTW we’re less than a mile from this location.

I don’t know if it’s a training or a staffing issue, but service seems to have declined at this location. I’ve been ordering from here since I was a junior in high school, and normally I love the quick delivery times and good service. But now my food consistently arrives late, items are missing from my order, and sometimes my order is made incorrectly. As a retail employee I need to plan my lunches so I regularly use the delay option. My requested delivery time seems to always get ignored. This means my late lunch throws off my coverage and anyone who wishes to take a lunch after me. I’m hoping the issue gets sorted out, I love Jimmy John’s and I’d love to continue to support this location.

Ordered the gargantuan sub as I have in the past quite frequently opened sub it had less than half the meat no mayo no oil called Jimmy John’s was told it was made right so the year prior they have been making it wrong? Don’t think so I will go somewhere else that appeciates my business paid 30 dollars for a 16 dollar sub.

Don’t try and order delivery if you want it fast. I ordered one sandwich and a drink to be delivered 2 blocks away (wasn’t in a position to pick it up otherwise I would have) and it took over an hour to show up. This isn’t the first time their delivery is slow. Even before the pandemic, it was an easy 45 minutes for a simple delivery order. Only reason they got 2 stars was my order was correct. (Also be sure to tell them to send a straw and napkins with the order. Because otherwise they don’t include them)
