This Taco Bell is the worst at service, people waiting for there orders more than 45 minutes and having to return more than 3 times to get the order correctly done. Manager responding to a senior to stop complaining because he went to tell them he ordered a chicken taco and received a taco with only 2 pieces of chicken and a lot of lettuce and cheese. All employees talking and laughing and doing all orders wrong. Never going back. Also dirty tables , soda station dirty. This is a total wreck.

Absolutely terrible experience. Door was locked due to being broken, sign is off to the side of the door and at waist level, so we went through the drive through to pick up a door dash as well as place an order but they said we have to come inside… I informed them of the broken door and we were told to bad. I’m also writing a report to door dash. Your establishment should always be to code, and clean those disgusting bathrooms!

Paid attention to a diabetic in need. Except for my Diablo sauce. Some people need certain foods. Sauce despite some health writing does and does not help with certain gastrointestinal issues. For others it is intentional for acidic neutrality which the science is too intense too deliberate on a review. If you are not going to be concerned and ask a customer their request and be ignorant and not put it in their bag, then you do not deserve having your job. Thank you anyway.

It is 1:19 am. I am violently high. All I wanted was a scrumptious crunchwrap and some nachos. Maybe a starry to wash it all down. I pull up to the drive thru, where a bunch of us are sitting like clowns for ages while the bigger clowns are shouting at us that they’re “making no more food and everybody is leaving because employees are arguing.” Y’all gotta get Gordon Ramsey or the dude from Bar Rescue up in here cause this is unspeakable behavior. Y’all lost my business. Bout to take my talents to Wendy’s for a loaded baked potato where people are more civilized.

Worst taco bell I’ve been too. They didn’t want to take my order at the counter and sent me to order online, after i waited 1hr to get my order it was all wrong, I order a taco pizza and they gave me one with nothing on it, chicken tacos had two pieces of chicken. I went to speak with the manager and he told me to stop complaining and threatened me with the police. These employees need to be reported. I will be making a call to taco bell incorporation.

Despite what the advertised hours say don’t go to this one too late (one to two hours before closing) or you may find that their “system is down” and they’re “not taking anymore orders”. Don’t bother asking when the system will be back up either because apperently it’s down for the rest of the night when this happens. I would think that Taco Bell could afford a system that reliably does the one thing it’s designed to do but apperently not, their system seems to go down whenever it gets later in the evening and it’s a weekday…interestingly enough you can just go to the Reservoir Ave location where the system seems to be always working…they must have newer software. Everything seems to be fine during the day and the crew appears to have no software or system problems, so it truly is an anomaly that only happens at night a few hours before closing, perhaps they should get an old priest and a young priest to come bless the location.
