I have gotten my order screwed up every time ive been here. Then they told us to go park and wait, 20 minutes later still no food. So i went inside, finally got our food but the worker had still forgotten my mcflurry. She was putting on lip gloss while we were talking. She then handed me a frappe, i told her thats not a mcflurry and she said yeah it is. I had been there for half an hour so i just gave up and went home. Worst fast food place ive been to in awhile. Not to mention the prices are higher than other mcdonalds.

Was given sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened. When I asked to correct I was pulled ahead. For iced tea. Ordered happy meal with under 3 toy. Asked specifically when I ordered. Was given an older kids toy…labeled not for under 3. When I asked to correct I was told they didn’t have any. When I politely suggested they should have told me she walked away without speaking. Good thing I read the package. I was trying to keep my mother from diabetic shock and my grandson from choking and was treated badly for nicely asking them to correct their mistakes. Unacceptable.

Usually come for an iced tea when out in town. Usually the turnover on their tea is pretty high so most the time it is fresh and tastes great. However, prices have kept going up (not their fault) so it’s not as great of a value. This location has a great track record for getting my order correct and they do good hiring friendly employees from what I’ve seen. The drive-thru line moves efficiently most of the time, which cannot be said about some of the other locations in the surrounding area.

I’d give zero if I could as I get pulled for 2 cheese burgers meal 2 quarter pounders and 4 piece happy meal. It took them 15 minutes to get our food to us we watched 9 cars that came after us get their food. Then asked the lady that was delivering food to the parked cars and she gave us the worst attitude about how they are behind and said I’m just bring out food as the cooks prepare them. I get lunch just switched but 9 cars before us ridiculous. Then get food and they messed up the order! Had to go in and hear them all yelling at each other about how they’ve been waiting because I forgot to submit their order! 25 minutes from time i paid before i left for drive thru. Come on McDonald’s you can do better!

Management is absolutely terrible! The manager should stay in the back and flip burgers because he is rude to customers and should not be engaging with them. To top it off, the “manager” then gives me a shake that’s mixed with chocolate and strawberry liquid!

I ordered through the app for table service as the sticker on the table said I could. Waited a long time and finally had to go to the counter and ask about my order. They were totally confused about my order and had to ask what I had ordered. They reluctantly gave me what I ordered but not happy about it! If you offer table service the people working there should know this service exists!! A bad experience all around !

Go to a different McDonalds if possible. If no stars was an option I would choose that. Shift manager Blake was working on 7/29 at 8pm when I ordered two McChickens. Nobody was in line behind me and I was asked to pull forward. I said “I would rather not, as nobody is behind me and that always takes more time” Blake responded by refunding my order, and telling me to leave or he would call the cops. He claimed it was a policy by McDonalds to have customers pull forward or refund their order. No such policy exists. Blake then became irate and used profanity to tell me to leave. I feel sorry for all employees who must work for this man, as he is immature and clearly focused on keeping his drive through time down instead of customer satisfaction. I’ll be following up with their corporate offices to ensure the complaint is taken seriously.

Never going to a McDonald’s ever again. These people are soooooo rude!! Really need a lesson in being a little more polite, Everytime you try to order a smoothie or speciality coffee the machine is 95 percent of the time out of order or is down. For the amount you are charged for everything, you’d think the machines would be maintained.
