I order on app 2 chicken dinners. When I went to pick up they came in speaker said waiting on 1 dinner. I asked when delivered is 1 cold 1 hot now. And what happened. Clarissa said when she went to bring out there was only 1 dinner, they didn’t see I had ordered 2. But knowing 1 was cold they still delivered it… so disappointed, they use to be better than this.

Not a pleasant experience. My order took a little over 15 minutes to get out, even though I already ordered and paid online four minutes prior. I understand places being short staffed. Thank you for working hard. It’s just frustrating when the only thing you ordered was a small rootbeer float. And when it arrives, it’s completely melted. It was not a satisfying cold treat; it was warm and rather disgusting. There has always been a long wait time everytime I order. I know it’s not that deep, but each interaction has been so disappointing. I keep going back, hoping service is better, but it hasn’t been happening. The staff is nice. I wish the food was nice too.

They sure don’t use roller skates anymore. If you order from the daily value menu site not too bad. The sad thing is they only got like four or five things listed on that menu so it’s real small. Also one small thing. Way too much ice for five swallows of soda. The good thing is I was able to stop at United and get a 2 liter and fill my cup back up three times before all the ice melted.

Just left Sonic ordered a meal deal with buffalo nuggets asked for chili cheese fries with it and ordered a jr hb for my dog. Needless to say my dog got the best deal!! I paid $15 for a few nuggets a half if that much of fries no toast no let did get e packets of salt

A few of the sonics I have been too, fill up their chilli cheese tot container to what most people would consider full. Well I ordered the large chillie cheese tots and you could of filled the 6 inch Coney container with what they put in my large container. You definitely don’t get what you pay for there.
