I have gone to many dunkin’ locations in GA and EVERY time I have ordered my coffee extra extra they always have stared at me like I was crazy. This location understood immediately and made it correctly. The munchkins were fresh and amazing and the employees were very helpful getting my order together quickly.

We purchased several orders today just for all the orders to be wrong. I called the store to have 2 of the orders remade (others dealt with what they got). Sent someone else to get them and they came back wrong as well. I called again the manager on duty told me she don’t understand why we didn’t taste it before we left. (I picked up first set of orders and sent someone else to get the remakes so how could we.) So it’s all MYYY fault.

I recently visited this location to order a hot drink for my mother and here is what transpired: I was given a less-than-half-full drink that was not even remotely warm or worth consuming. Because this is a common, frequent order of mine, I knew that this was unacceptable, and returned to the store for a remake. Upon arrival, I was made aware that the worker named Sam (for further description, a tall, mixed young boy with curly hair and blue tips), made the drink, and was not going to remake the drink, which would have fixed the initial discreptancy. Sam has terrible customer service, so bad that he did not even address me about the situation or attempt to fix it. If you decide to come here, I hope to God that you do not have Sam make your food or drink.

Barely meet the standard and $4 regular coffee smh. Drive thru customers get treated like “we are a problem by ordering food”. Nothing to get excited about here, just a typical fast chain who feels “if you don’t like don’t come back”

Stopped in at 830pm on a Sunday night with some girlfriends to have coffee after Bible study. The two teenagers running the place made it known multiple times “we close the dining room at 845”. We sat to have our coffee in the dining room and at 845 one of the girls comes up and says we have to leave. I looked at her and said “I’m sorry but the sign on the door says you are open until 9, we’ll be out of here by 9” and she walked away. The other girl came up a couple minutes later and said “we are closing the dining room, you will have to leave”. I asked her “where is this posted, because the sign on the door says you close at 9” and she says “it’s a manager rule”. I again told her that we would be leaving before 9 since that is their posted closing time. (We left at 855)

I do come here often and usually have a great experience. I have only had 2 times in the past that weren’t as good as usual. 1 was when I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches online and when I got there, i still waited atleast 10 minutes for my order. Then the 2nd time was when I ordered something for myself and a girl that I work with because it was her birthday. When I got to work, I looked in the bag and it was missing the birthday girls food 🙁 but other than that, I love this dunkin! Especially since they are one of the few that actually still make the real Bavarian creme donuts!

Horrible. Every time I go ask for light ice and they fill the coffee up maybe 8/10ths of the way at best and REFUSE to add more coffee to fill to the top when I ask. I have never experienced this in 20 years of getting coffee at other Dunkin’s/coffee places. Overall rude staff also when bringing this to their attention. If paying for a drink Ice should not dictate how much coffee one gets. Never going back and telling as many other people I know the same. Better value at the slightly more expensive places.

Very slow service and the staff is rude and when they bring the order to the counter, they speak so low and mumble and nobody can understand what they’re saying. So, nobody knows which order is coming. I ordered two wake-up wraps and it took way too long to get it. Not only that, but they were cold.
