I love Dunkin’, but I truly hope management recognizes how long it takes for the drive thru line. Guests get out of line and leave because it takes at least 45 mins to wait to place an order. I hope change is made to create a more efficient process so Dunkin’ doesn’t continue to lose customers at this location because Dunkin’ is fabulous!

I ordered to a location in Goose Creek by mistake. the staff and manager were so helpful and made me my order at Folly. the drinks tasted perfect and they made me two bagel sandwiches since they didn’t have croissants. thankful to the ladies that worked there August 12th.

Out of the blue I decided to visit this location to get my Sunday off with a nice boost. I placed an order online and got there a few minutes later. The drive thru was backed up all the way to Folly Rd making it dangerous to access. I parked and tried to access the restaurant but the doors were locked. No wonder the drive thru was backed up. Shortly after I arrived a 2 people pulled up with one accessing the restaurant and the other going to car to car to advise the place was closed. Understandable that someone might have had a fun Saturday evening or any other reason that may be.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. The staff didn’t greet us and saw us standing there waiting. Finally stopped talking to each other long enough to tell us to use the kiosk. Went back to chatting while spit was flying out of her mouth and getting all over the donuts she was slowly putting in a box for a drive thru customer.

Well today- I decided to try again. Lobby STILL closed. I asked for a bagel DOUBLE TOASTED. When I got back home I thought it was odd that it was cold. They NEVER TOASTED AT ALL!!

I went in because I wanted a pumpkin donut. They had a sign that they were short handed and to use the kiosk. I used the kiosk and ordered 6 assorted donuts. Then I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come over and fill it. Meanwhile, the 4 employees were steadily working the drive through. Nobody ever said anything to me. I caught the guy at the drive thru’s eye and waved the receipt at him. He said “we will get to you.” I waited at least another 5 minutes. Finally the guy came over and pulled my order. He said they were out of pumpkin donuts. I substituted a different choice. Got my order and left. I won’t go back.

We walked in and what we wanted wasn’t on the kiosk and Rashad came over & helped us! After realizing the drink we wanted wasn’t on the kiosk he pulled us to the side and took our order at the drive thru register. Rashad had amazing customer service skills and is a phenomenal employee!

I’m from out of town and staying in Charleston for a few days. I drive all the way across the bridge in traffic, arrive at 3:42 in the drive thru and the girl tells me they’re closed. “What time do you close?” I ask her. “4pm” she replies. “Well, it’s 3:42pm, so why are you closed? I just drove 15 minutes to get here.” Crickets…complete disregard for customer service. Apathy. Laziness.

My husband and I don’t go to this particular Dunkin very often as we live in Florida and visit family close to this location. EVERY time we come to this Dunkin, we have the worst experience and always takes 20-30 minutes to get 2 drinks made correctly. I just spent $14.00 on drinks that we ended up throwing away and leaving without asking for a refund. They were given the opportunity to correct the problem yet still could not produce the drinks that were ordered. The vast majority want $15/hr for fast food employment. Let me just say my food and beverages should be perfect the first time ordered and delivered in under 10 minutes. Employees should not have their ear buds for their phones in their ears as it contributes to errors being made. I don’t understand why service at this location is so poor, especially a day that would appear to be fully staffed. FYI, if you ordered donuts this morning, the young lady handling your food was also handling money and eating her own food. I witnessed this girl for 30 minutes handle food and money without changing her gloves. I told someone who appeared to be a manager, and he said he would do something about it, but he just went back to making coffee. My husband and I decided we weren’t going to get donuts prior to parking, and boy, am I glad we didn’t. I know for sure my husband and I will not visit this location again.
