No one asked spoke to me when I entered. There were no customers other than me at the time. Finally, the guy came to the register and made eye contact but didn’t say anything. I said, “Aren’t you going to ask if you can help me. ” He finally said it. I waited for my order and girl asked me if I needed help. I told her I was waiting for my order. She asked me what I ordered and she told me where it was. The guy needs better training. To the customer after me, he said, “How can I help you ma’am?” Either he was intentionally being rude to me or once I brought it to his attention, he tried to improve his manners.

Three staff were behind the counter today. After tossing ice at each other, they clustered around one customer who was making up an order that wasn’t available at DD. After waiting for a bit, I finally interrupted them, and asked if one of them could pour me a cup of coffee. The store is dirty.This is not the first time, I have had a bad experience. The franchise owner should spend some time and money and train his/ her staff.

Shameless people. Ordered curbside. 10 mins sitting outside for 1 donut only. Went inside. The donut is sitting on the side. There’s just one customer in the store. The donut in the bag is the wrong one. No apologies even for messing up the order or for not bringing it to the curbside.

Before the new manager, people and services were great. The new manager (Jamaican guy) doesn’t know what he is doing and doesn’t know how to speak to his employees! Not manager material! I wouldn’t be surprised if people quit because of him! He is always messing up orders!
