This sucked! My grandson doesn’t eat meat. We ordered 2 beans cheese rice burritos. As you see in the picture one has beef. Also I had to ask for cups. No politeness just my name and a tray shoved at me. When I took the burrito up to complain I had to get someone’s attention even though I’m standing there with 2 burritos. They were remade but no apology or any. I didn’t see a manager at all. Several tables dirty. The only reason this isn’t a 1 is that I really like taco bell

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in several years, and every time I’m dumb enough to go back, I get reminded why. This is the inside of the Crunchwrap Supreme in 2023. The couple pieces of meat you see is all that was provided. I wouldn’t even be as annoyed/insulted if they totally forgot and didn’t put ANY meat, because it almost certainly takes more effort to scoop up a spoonful all to then make sure to only put this much, rather than just none at all. The tacos themselves are hardly better; I would say they literally have a fifth of the meat they used to (or as the photos advertise) at best. This just goes to show what Taco Bell thinks of you and I as customers, and hopefully we finally learn

I usually choose this location for Taco Bell when craving a quick taco. My husband and I were on the road all day, so when we got home, it was getting late (9 pm), and we wanted something quick and simple. I ordered our food through the Taco Bell app and headed out to pick it up. Getting into the line for the drive-through was a bit challenging. I prepaid for the food, so I just had to get in line and day I was there. The line was up to the entrance, and the doors were locked to the dining room (even though they were open till 12). I got caught up in the line, thinking it would move a bit at a time and may be heavy due to HP traffic, but no. I sat in that line (and couldn’t get out due to other cars blocking (FOR OVER AN HOUR!) I had prepaid for my food also. When I eventually got to the speaker and then the window there was no explanation from the people inside (who were laughing and having a great time) as to why it took so long to make freaking tacos. In addition, my food was barely warm. Highly disappointed in this location. I hope they’re aren’t becoming like the 1 on Eisenhower Blvd cuz it will be sad that there are no decent Taco Bells in the area to go to for a quick bite.

This is just in general at all taco bells. It doesn’t matter which one you go to, that’s how much meat you get on a crunch wrap supreme these days. Fast food isn’t worth it anymore, your favorite meals have been ruined by profit margins and bonus’s.

Taco Bell impresses with its dedicated menu section for vegetarian options, offering a variety of flavorful choices. The Chalupa stands out for its well-balanced blend of ingredients, while the Black Bean Crunch wrap Supreme delivers satisfying textures and flavors. The hot and fire sauces add an extra kick to each bite. The affordability and quick service make it a convenient choice. The staff was very nice and friendly. She made amazing Chalupa and taco for us. her presentation was Excellent

Food was what you expected from Taco Bell. The service was a bit lacking. The two kiosks were taken up a good bit of time by a family group, and service at the counter was non existant with plenty of staff behind the counter with 2 chit chatting and the rest working or doing other things. Eventually, a kiosk was free, and an order was made and accurate.

I have messaged through the Taco Bell app 2 times asking for a email or phone call and a refund on this stores piss poor attempt at making a STEAK burrito! Still haven’t heard from anyone! Bye bye taco hell! Monkeys could make a better burrito than this location!

Zero customer service, no one acknowledges you, really slow for orders. Not just once so many times. Would give it zero its been like this for YEARS. If I wasn’t a doordash driver I would never come back to this place. They must be high or something because they’re half dead back there

Taco Bell impresses with its dedicated menu section for vegetarian options, offering a variety of flavorful choices. The Fiesta Burrito stands out for its well-balanced blend of ingredients, while the Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme delivers satisfying textures and flavors. The hot and fire sauces add an extra kick to each bite. The affordability and quick service make it a convenient choice. However, it’s important to note that this review focuses primarily on vegetarian options, and the overall dining experience may vary for non-vegetarians.

I schedule ordered through Doordash to pick me food up at 8:30 so I had something to eat at work. I came inside and they told me it wasn’t there, and had to retake my order. It’s 9:00 and all I’ve gotten was my drink. This is gonna make me late for work.
