We’ve been stopping here for a long time on our way to visit family and it has gotten worse and worse each time we go. Yesterday was the worst experience there. Not only was the stuff not friendly, but they didn’t have receipt paper and when someone wanted a receipt the cashier just shrugged and told them they were out of paper. So we don’t have a receipt with an order number, and our cashier doesn’t give us an order number. Yet when our food was ready they keep calling out a number. Well how in the world are we supposed to know whose order it is? My boyfriend brought this up to the employee’s attention and the girl gave him a dirty look later while she was on break sitting out in the restaurant area. Let’s not mention how she and her friends who were visiting her we’re talking about how she didn’t want to be there and how she could get sent home.

I almost never visit McDonald’s primarily because I’m a Jack in the Box or Taco Bell girl. But, it was 9 PM and my tot had been stuck in a moving truck all day. The play area was clean, thank goodness, because the bathrooms were trashed. The restaurant was clean but the trash cans were full. There seemed to be a full night staff, one or two cars in the drive through, and only a group of four inside. So all in all, 7 people inside. It took a little over 15 minutes to get our food. Another 5 minutes and it could have been a regular restuarant. For a fast food restaurant this was bad… but it was because the fact they skipped putting everything on the burger that gets them this review. They had a little over 15 minutes to put everything on the burger. Nothing like a dry big mac… thanks.

I unfortunately visit this facility fairly consistently because it’s one of the only choices close to work. However in my experience particularly in the mornings the service is Dreadful, and the attending staff tends to have a bit of an attitude. I have consistently gotten breakfast there that took far longer than necessary to prepare or the order was wrong. I have even had to repeat my order to the order-taker standing in front of me no less than three times for them to get it correct. Not very happy with this location and it’s inconsistency of service.

Good chain but this one needs more speed in the service and the place is very dirty inside. If you go in with lids to use play area it normally takes 15 mins to get food. When it’s not busy employees are talking and bickering not cleaning tables or moping. Yes I will eat there again. Drive through is very fast.

All I can say is wow! I haven’t been here in a long time and what a mistake that was! As we waited to order, the drive thru person made it clear to anyone in ear shot that she had to pee! I ordered the new Crispy Tenders and my boyfriend had a Big Mac meal. Sounded simple, but oh no. A couple that were still waiting to order when we were walking away received their order before us. We found a table, which I had to clean, and waited. When we finally did receive our food, my tenders were burnt. They made them again and they turned out the same. Probably due to dirty oil. Since we had time to look around while waiting, I noticed everything was filthy. Even the food prep area was filthy! They were incredibly scattered and when I pointed out that the newly prepared chicken tenders look the same as the old ones, the response was oh you’re right.

Rude employee.The alternating drive try didn’t alternate and passed over the left side 4 times. When I got to the window and told the lady there that they kept skipping the left side and that the person was still yelling at the order box since before I ordered she told me “don’t worry about it”…. I think the correct response would have been ” thank you for being that to my attention”

Very unsanitary, they would not wear gloves and touch the food with their bare hands, even after touching money at the register! Was disgusted after watching them packing burgers into boxes without gloves and touching the fries from the top (with bare hands) and putting them into bags. Would not eat here again

The place was a mess. Very slow to take our order with no one else in line. The cashier did apologize. Then getting the food took forever and all of our hamburgers were burned. Usually McDonald’s is pretty consistent. This was the first time opted not to eat it and throw it away.
