If I could put 0 stars, I would. I’ve attempted to enjoy chicken from here maybe 3 times in the last two years. Every single time I tried to get extra crispy they tell me they don’t have it??? They refuse to make extra crispy. So my last attempted was through a Mobile order where I added extra crispy. I waited the 20 minutes that it said my order would be completed by. I walked in and they told me that they didn’t have extra crispy and when I said give me original it still took another 15 minutes to receive my order. That was my final attempt. I will never return and I will spread the word about my review.

The lady who waited on me had the biggest smile, happy to take my order. My food was hot, crispy, and delicious. I hope you all meet this sweet and helpful woman. I’m sorry I didn’t remember her name. She made sure the dining area was clean, too. I was there around noon. Excellent service!!

No, I dont expect a five star restaurant walking into a KFC but first, the grime on the concrete walking in the front door (basically the concrete is black) should tell you everything you need to know about this restaurant. The floor inside is disgusting. The building and sidewalk are in desperate need of power washing. The tables were all filthy. I found a hair in my fries, and I had to go to the counter 4x, for napkins (containers were all empty), a utensil for mac and cheese (wasn’t one in the bag), biscuits (they forgot to add them) and honey mustard (added ranch instead of what I asked for). Avoid at all costs. I’d consider returning if they bulldoze this place down and start over.

Ordered a 12 piece. Came with only 1 drumstick and 1 thigh, and 7 wings!!!! Of course the wife picks the dark meat off the top and leaves me with the wings.

The chicken legs were tough, Luke warm and not thoroughly cooked and the biscuit was rock hard on the outside and doughy on the inside…cooked to fast to rise and be fluffy like they’re supposed to be. Shameful! Great service, though! And please pick up the trash and power wash that filthy building!

I knew it was a reason I stopped going to KFC and I was reminded why I stopped with this visit. Be sure you look at your food before leaving the store just like I did. And yes my order was wrong. I told the server and she became upset. So much so when she gave me my food back the bag was greasy and the box was flipped sideways. I was not pleased with the service st all and will stick with Hardee’s and Royal Farms for chicken.

I had a fatal experience, the cashier’s attention was very bad, my husband and I waited 5 minutes for our order to be taken and there were around 6 employees in the kitchen. The cashier was talking to the manager, knowing that there were several customers waiting to order. The floor was super dirty, the trash can was completely full of garbage, all the tables were dirty. I really do not recommend it, the appearance is very unpleasant.I took pictures but I’m unable to upload here.

1st off The staff was friendly and professional. They pulled me but never brought my fries to my car so I had to go inside to remind them, no big deal…it happens. Unfortunately, the story goes downhill from here. A strong stench hit me as soon as I entered the dining room. All staff members were pretty busy. The cashier greeted me and apologized for the excessive wait time. She was also kind enough to offer me a beverage for the inconvenience. However, upon a brief inspection of the self-serve soda fountain, I noticed large colonies of mold growing on several surfaces of the machine. I have always done a check since I read an article about how ice dispensers are usually the most unsanitary things in restaurants. With that being said, I wasn’t totaly surprised by the presence of dirt or grime but I was definitely astonished by the amount of mold that has been allowed to accumulate over time, this didn’t just happen. This oversight may be due to short staffing, however, this isn’t an acceptable oversight like forgetting to refill the straws. Needless to say, I passed on the complimentary beverage. The manager was notified and promised to address the issue.

tried to go inside and they locked the door on my after hanging out of the door and talking to a car dropping somebody off. then went to the drive through and was told the drive thru was down. the girls working there were chatting and hanging around inside but claimed they were closed at 3:45 pm
