I got the big kahuna cheese steak in the giant size and it was so delicious! Pick up time was 15 min and when we arrived it was hot and ready. Has a great spicy factor and full of flavor. Great staff and sandwich. I’ll be back

I did a online order to be picked up 45 minutes after I placed the order. I arrived 5 minutes early. My order was ready but I ordered hot sandwiched and when I got home they were cold sandwiches. This does not sit well with me because I planned this for a reason. We did have dinner but very unhappy.

I love Jersey Mikes, they always have good subs and make them the way you want…. But this store. Wow. They went above and made my sandwich just like I like it. Its a particular order where I ask them to cute up tomatoes because i only want a little. The girls did it without even rolling their eyes and with an amazing attitude. All three of the team members there that night where Rockstar’s. Might be the best Mikes i have been to.

I ordered 3 subs, 2 of them with extra meat and cheese on the app. When I got there they weren’t ready, no big deal. So I got to watch them make my subs. I watch them place the same amount of meat on all three subs, so I walked to the counter and reminded them that two of the subs were to have extra meat and cheese. I was told by the two people making the subs that they had extra meat on them, even though I watched then not do it. I paid almost $7 extra for nothing. Very aggrevating. I have a picture of the sub with extra meat and cheese but can’t add it. I won’t be going back of they don’t make it right.

My Grandfather recently died and I live out of town. I was in charge of getting food catered after the funeral. I called around to several places trying to figure out what would be the best option. We decided on sandwiches and I talked to this location twice. Both times I spoke to someone at this location they we so nice. They went over and above to accommodate our needs and were so friendly. Their kindness in this hard time was a gift. We will be back to this location for sure. I can’t say enough good things. The store was clean, the staff was kind and helpful. And we left very thankful.
