Food wasn’t fresh. I think they more worry about getting the food out fast rather than serving hot food. Chicken nuggets and burger look like they had been sitting for awhile. Definitely taste old. I order BBQ sauce and got ranch.

I came to Burger King at 9:20 pm. The doors were closed. And People are inside. I tried to get in nobody looked at me even. When I checked through Google it says they are closing at 11 pm. I went to the drive through line and it came to me after long waiting. They told me that they took the last order at 9:29 pm and the restaurant is closing at 11 pm. I asked what is the reason they didn’t tell me anything. Just took the last order.I am still hungry and so angry.

The workers in this restaurant are very rude. I ordered 2 for 10 meal and a double whopper meal for the drinks we had sprite, iced tea and a Oreo shake. The young lady at the window was making it she put cookies, ice cream and dirty water from the shake machine. I told her we didn’t want that. They gave the money back for the shake. We got our food it was cold the burgers was half done, so we tried goes back to the drive thru they wouldn’t come to the window to talk to us. So we tried to go in the lobby and they locked the doors on us. One of the workers called her momma up there and the momma pulled a gun out on us. I called the other burger king restaurant on Loughborough and they really helped us out a lot. The workers at that location are awesome and respectful. I couldn’t thank them enough for picking up the slack for other workers at a different location

I asked for fresh made and it was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window, how is that? Then it’s cold and barely cooked. I spoke with someone and they tell me it was in the broker for 2:30 min. This is not right, this not my first Impossible burger, so this is just trash that cost $7… do better..

I just went thru this drive thru because they had the dining area closed. I ordered 2 meals, the ONLY thing that I changed was I ordered both burgers with cheese. Nothing special other than that. But one of my burgers didn’t come with any meat! Ruined my lunch completely!! Of course when I try calling, I’m told that they’re too busy serving flame broiled patties to take my call, no option to leave a msg for the manager on duty. Guess I gotta call back and leave a msg for the district manger. This totally more than ruined my lunch.

There mobile site took the order. When I got there lights were on and no one responded to the drive thru. I pulled around and no one at the window. Went around to go inside and they shut off the lights. No one acknowledged they were closing early and now I have to wait on their online system to get my money back. This was at 7:40pm.

Please see posted picture: This is their idea of the Impossible Burger, the most expensive item on the menu. I guess Impossible is short for Impossible to Eat. I ordered it cut in half. But when I got to the window, it was not cut and the lettuce was welted and brown. When I mentioned it to the cashier, they “fixed it” by leaving on the same lettuce then digging their thumbs into the bun and ripping it in half with their bare hands. Disrespectful and Disgusting. I will NEVER go to this location again.

The service was good and polite. No ice tea out. Sugar and sweetener was out. Catsup dispenser was empty. The employees were so loud we couldn’t hear our name called. A wet sign was just laying in bathroom floor. No soap.
