Inaccurate order. I ordered Mexican pizza with beans instead of beef, they repeated it to me multiple times. Still was incorrect. It’s different if it’s busy but I was the only car in the drive thru and the lobby looked empty

Orders are ALWAYS incorrect. No matter how many times I say chicken cheesy gordita crunch or sub the beef for chicken they give me beef. I don’t eat beef…. absolutely unacceptable if I can give them no stars I would. This Taco Bell sucks every other Taco Bell is better. don’t go to this one horrible service, and even horrible food.

I came just a bit before the lunch rush. The lobby has been recently renovated, so went inside to check it out. They do now have self check out, or an employee can still assist with the order.

Poorly constructed food items with missing ingredients and little to no filling. I got a cheese cup with literally one drop of cheese and another cup with two drops. I was very friendly and respectful while ordering, so I dont get that. Poor management.

Great food and friendly, helpful staff. I had not visited this location in a while, as it used to always have a stinky sewer smell and they often made a mistake in the order. Since that time, they had closed and remodeled, and though they reopened a while ago, this is my first visit since. There is no longer any bad smell, and they have handy new kiosks in the front room. I questioned having to ring myself up at first, but it is so much better. You can see all the menu items on the screen and customize the food, and best of all, it better insures you will get what you wanted. I verified the items on the checkout screen, and when I got my order, it was all correct! I asked the server if he knew which one was the veggie burrito (since my wife is vegetarian), and he not only pointed it out, but told me where everything was; he had a system and now I didn’t have to dig through the bag and guess!

I would like my review to be professional, but given the state of this place…..I have been going to this location my whole life and I have hoped the new makeover would improve all aspects. You can put fresh paint on a trailer, but….. So I use the app to place a mobile order because I am admittedly picky and want my order to be precise. I pull up, get my drinks, and am asked to pull into a parking space due to lack of employees and they don’t want the line to get long. Something I won’t do again. After 20 minutes of waiting and other drivers that were behind me getting their orders I am informed that the computer says my order wasn’t made because it wasn’t paid for. HOW WAS IT IN THEIR SYSTEM IF IT WASN”T PAID FOR?!?! That is impossible. So now I have to go inside, where there are 4 others impatiently waiting. I get handed a bag which isn’t even close to my order. Suddenly my order can’t be found so we break out a pen and paper to write it down. Really?!?! After another customer, who was already eating, got his order made and called for a second time it was clear this wasn’t going anywhere. Finally I was presented with my order. It was half right, but I had been there for 30 minutes at this point and was completely over it. Every business has bad days, but this was a joke!!

Food was good. Service was good. We had to exchange our food because the fries were hard but they made some that were fresh and we were happy

They left out and forgot about my cheesy Gordita crunch. Charging me for a $5 taco I didn’t get and then refusing to answer the phone that never stops ringing is garbage and I would like to have at least one Taco Bell that operates effectively but I guess not.

Worked in restaurant industry for 10 years now going on 11, started a job here just to keep a solid income While having problems working for WaffleHouse . A month after working here I can already tell they have a solid team that actually strives for the best customer service and to make the product right the first time. Amazing management and team members , astonishing at how strict they are making sure all food is prepared and served fresh , hygiene is MUST for everyone’s safety. 10 outa 10/would recommend/ That y’all apprehend/ sum good Tbizzle from ya friend

I’ve been here many times, and as far as taco bells go it is one of the worst. They will consistently mess up your order. Also, don’t ask for a cup of water with your purchase. I was working outside on a hot day and decided to swing through for the new blue raspberry freeze they have. It’s sugary so I wanted a water to go with as I had more work to do in the sun. First some kid tried to tell me they were “out of water cups” when I asked what that meant and if he could just use a small cup he tried to say something but was cut off my a crotchety old woman that yelled “We don’t do that anymore!” So apparently this tacobell does not allow ordering water with a purchase. What a joke. Fire them all and move better trained staff in. Anyways, to anyone seeing this review, get KFC (in the same parking lot) or drive to the next taco bell if it’s a must.
