Placed an order on the mobile app for two pumpkin donuts and when we went to pick it up she said they were out. I asked for a refund and she said “we can’t do that, you have to do it through the app.” There’s actually no clear way to request a refund on the app and she couldn’t give me any direction. I said, “so you don’t have what I ordered, but you can’t issue me a refund, so you just get to keep my money?” And she said, “well, you can come tomorrow morning and get them.” Um, I literally live 40 minutes away so that’s not possible. She finally offered me other donuts, but that’s not what I wanted. Seems suspicious that you “can’t issue refunds” but you can sell a product on the app you don’t have in stock.

I went through the drive thru and no one answered after at least 5 minutes. I pulled around and was yelled at by the employee through the window that they were closed (they weren’t). She didn’t even open the window. When I said politely that they weren’t closed, she finally opened the window and continued to yell that it was a shift change and they weren’t open. She was exceptionally dismissive and rude. I have worked a drive thru, and never once did we close when it was time to change the drawer over. I completely understand that sometimes issues come up and you can’t serve – but that could have been communicated over the speaker when I pulled up if that was the case. I will not go back to this location, it looks like this is pretty typical here based on reviews.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. They were out of any kind of chocolate doughnuts at 8am. Ordered a bagel sandwich and hash browns. Hash browns were burnt and soggy and sandwich was dry and inedible. Staff were laughing inside and asked what I ordered twice before I finally got my food. I would not recommend going to this place.

Google Maps says that they are open until 2pm. It is 1pm, and we went to get some food. However, when we arrived, they said they closed at 12pm yet attempted to take our order anyway, and didn’t have any of the food things available besides donuts (we wanted avocado toast/hash browns). When we got to the window, we paid and the lady gave us our items. However, she quickly gave them to us then shut the drive through window without saying anything.

Went for breakfast at 9:30AM, nobody is there. Attn: Franchise owner, your employees aren’t showing up for work… I saw at least four customers drive up to drive thru and when no one answered they drove off. I’d rectify this pronto if I were you.
