I feel like inflation has got Carl’s Jr fairly hard. The prices are ridiculous to the point that there isn’t any value. There were only a few customers dining in and at the time no cars in the drive thru. Historically during lunch hour you had to wait in line that was 6-8 people deep and the drive thru was just as busy. This day I had a different type of wait. I had to wait for the person to finish cleaning the front glass doors before taking my order. Not a bad thing to be doing to keep busy when there’s no customers. My go to item at Carl’s Jr is the bacon guacamole burger. In my opinion probably one of the better ones in town. On this particular day, the hamburger patty was luke warm which took away from the flavor profile of the burger. Apparently they no longer put out the condiment bar either. Maybe one of those pandemic things that never came back. I will typically put some sliced jalapenos in my burger to give it that extra kick. Overall I was bummed with this visit. If the volume doesn’t pickup and the value doesn’t improve, I don’t see how this location will survive. At the current prices, I might as well go across the street to Red Robin.

The management there are pretty darn good. If they mess up, they will fix it and make it right. You can’t ask for anything more than that in today’s society, that’s for sure. I’d give it five stars, but they don’t have a salsa bar anymore..

It was late and they were still open for a bit. I’m a Hardee’s fan and although they are basically the same company they are not the same food wise although similar they just don’t do it like Hardee’s does. Still enjoyed the food.

Great customer service at the window only. The person was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The bun was hard and the lettuce old and brown. It’s very disappointing they would allow this food to be given to paying customers. I regret not going to KFC. Unfortunately, after 5 hours of driving and back to the hotel, I was too tired to go back and get a refund. I called and talked to Sierra, the manager, to make her aware that the food is going out like that. She argued with me and said the food goes out fresh, made to order and when the lettuce sits a long time it will wilt. It literally sat 5 minutes. I don’t think it takes a trained chef to see the lettuce in the pic is not good. It’s an interesting parallel that the manager had an attitude & the food is bad. Tip to all, if you get food to go, check it before you drive off. Better tip, go somewhere else until they can get proper food out to paying customers.

I ordered a medium drink and got a small. When I asked, I was told that their previous small drink is now their medium. Instead of increasing the price, they just made food and drink portions smaller. Food is good but way too expensive for what you get.

Ordered chicken tenders and jr cheese burger. Told to park in front. Waited for 25 minutes and finally went inside for a refund. Called next morning and goes straight to a fax machine. Place has gone down hill
