I haven’t been to this location in about a year and that year made a difference in improving the dining experience. It’s under new management and all the employees were helpful and friendly, bringing the food to our table and offering to get our drinks – anything we needed or wanted, since my companion and I both use wheelchairs. The meat was much tastier, moist, and tender than under prior management. And the employees smiled and laughed and seemed to work well together.

Good, in my opinion. It’s not more expensive than anywhere else. I can spend $12 or more at any burger joint. If I spend $30 here, that’s a whole pound of cooked brisket to feed myself for 2 days at least! And its delicious!

2 consecutive deliveries were not only incorrect, but not even remotely close to being correct. Order 6 items on last order, only 2 were delivered. Restaurant didn’t pick up phone for the entire rest of the evening. Called back the following day, same thing. Got ahold of someone later in the day saying it wasn’t their responsibility, it was the delivery service. Delivery service said it was the restaurant’s responsibility. Horrible & inept customer service all the way around. Was fully refunded through my bank. Never giving this restaurant my business again. Food is average, at best.

We probably should have walked out the second we realized there were only two customers besides us at 12:15 in a Sunday afternoon. This might be the slowest Dickies I’ve been to, the 3 people working had zero urgency to accomplish anything. My food wasn’t terrible, but my kids’ “chicken nuggets” were disgusting and their Mac and chz looked a day old. Most of the napkin holders were empty and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Too bad, it’s a cute little restaurant.

Extremely rude eating cupcakes instead of helping customers!!! You guys shouldn’t be eating while handling online orders. It’s not sanitary and any restaurant would say the same keep your personal food in the back not at the front. Young lady told me she was refusing to give a managers phone number to make a complaint and played off like she was the manager and she then said she want it’s inappropriate to be eating while handling food for customers I don’t want to wash my hands because workers are eating cupcakes and pulling it apart while handing me my food young black lady that worked tonight needs to be talked to about her manners over the phone too. I definitely won’t be coming here now that I know we don’t wash our hands and we just eat sticky food and hand customers food off with sticky finger. don’t call me rude for voicing how gross it is to be helped by someone eating that’s not on brake

If I could give zero stars I would.Every time I order at Dickies rather this location or the other location on Tower, there’s always some type of issue with my food. Things are always missing. Things are are not fully cooked. It’s just always a bad experience. I’m probably never going to use the company again because it’s just too much for me. I hate to have to complain. Worst experience! Ordered the baked potato, which was old and tasted burnt. They tried to cover it up by loading it with cheese and bacon. To boot, the cashier made a sarcastic comment about a tip, and with that no tip given. Horrible Horrible experience! Wish I could post a picture.

The customer service is highly disappointing. I am highly unsatisfied with the workers and the customers it attracts. None of the employees seemed trained with any customer service because the way they treat certain customers almost had corporate called. The food isn’t good, not real barbecue, and themeat is dry. If you still insist of getting Dickey’s, go to a different location. If you want barbecue, there are better options around.
