The oil needs to be changed. The cinnamon twists were horrible. The only drinks available were water or sweet tea. They were out of C02. There were 3 people working. The lady in the front was rude. They did not change their gloves after making food.

I ordered 6 chicken quesadillas 1 with creamy jalapeño sauce and 5 without. All 6 had sauce one them and only 1 wasn’t burnt. My 5 soft tacos were all wrong. Yes we ordered through Grubhub, but this isn’t their fault. THEY CAN NOT OPEN THE PACKAGING TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT. This is on the restaurant. This is by far the worst Taco Bell around.

Such terrible service at the drive through. Second visit here and both visits were terrible. Incredibly long wait to be acknowledged once pulled up to the speaker. Long wait to get through to the window, I would have left if there weren’t cars behind me. Once at the window the person working just held out his hand without looking at you or acknowledging your existence in any way. Once given a card to pay (felt uncomfortable even giving my card to someone who can’t even say hello) the food I ordered was handed over without words and no receipt was given at all. No sauces or napkins offered, no eye contact, no humanity.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Don’t even attempt to eat here, I promise you’ll regret the whole experience. It takes like 10 minutes as the only car in the drive-thru to talk to someone in the box. The foods always horrible, we’ve given it a few tries. Run, go somewhere else. They also never have the drinks you want.

What a bummer. I have been coming to this location for years, and they have always had a high turnover. Today it seems as if they have a brand new set of staff members on deck, and they are struggling to understand the concept of “no meat.” There was a young girl at the window with braids who struggled with the order over the speaker. At the window, both she and the young man making the food struggle to communicate with each other about what the order was. I told the young lady that the order was wrong when she handed it to me, and I guess she copped an attitude. She told the boy about the mistake and then closed the window so I couldn’t hear. She came back with the meal and a smirk on her face then I drove away. I didn’t go too far. I am still in the parking lot right now but I felt compelled to write this review. I decided to eat my food in the car and by the time I got halfway through my vegetarian nachos grande, I noticed there was meat on my food. It’s not as if it would have cost the boy or the girl a single dime to re-make the food correctly. The young lady had an attitude that resulted in this review (and I think it’s my first bad review ever but I couldn’t let this one slide). We are talking about the jeopardization of my health which I don’t play with. After over 13 yrs as a customer, I will no longer patron this establishment. Good job Taco Bell. Do better. Hire better.

I sat in the drive-thru for 33 minutes last night with only one car in front of me. The drive thru employee hung out of the window, yelling, rapping and clapping his hands repeatedly. When I finally got my food it was cold, they forgot to put straws, hot sauce and napkins in the bag (and he rolled his eyes and got a major attitude when I pointed it out) I also used the app to prepay and ordered a Baja blast freeze which I did not receive. When I pointed out that I was missing a drink, he simply responded “yeah, we out.” I ended up getting a regular Baja blast (which was a $1 cheaper) and taco bell kept the extra dollar I paid. I will NEVER go here ever again. I was angry and felt disrespected when I left. This was the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had.

The bar is so low, and they still manage not to meet it. Wrong food, terribly prepared, on a slow night. The smallest of effort would make all the difference. Find a better 4th meal option. This ain’t it.
