Only speaking specifically about the Saratoga Ave location. Food is never freshly made to oder. When I requested HOT fresh food, they only refried my chicken tenters & fries which now made them hot but dry & overcooked. Customer Service @ this location is TERRIBLE!, they also rush you to order your food through drive through.

The food was fresh and hot. No music was playing so the atmosphere was dead. The bathrooms were closed, AKA we don’t want to clean them. A bathroom is required for a restaurant to be opened. Are the employees walking a couple blocks to use one, I think not.

He ruined my appetite! I was in a great mood… I went inside and ordered dinner. The story is too long to explain here but the guy on the register was SO RUDE and cranky. I ordered, he got it wrong. I kindly asked him for the right order. He proceeded to blame me and complained to the two women in the back, in Spanish, who had no idea what happened, but they AGREED!?! More loud complaining about me, in Spanish. I just wanted dinner. The bottom line is the employees are rude. I paid $12 & lost my appetite. I will never go back there again… who knows what they did to my food.

Worker who took my order through dri e through was rude and spoke very fast. I asked for a hamburger kids meal. He said “just the hamburger?” I assumed he ment just a hamburger not a cheese burger. I assumed this because there os no burger named kids burger. I got to the window and I said “is this the kids meal or just a hamburger?” He rudely said “a burger like I asked you!” But is there a kids burger because I ordered a kids burger meal. Instead of ringing me up for the meal he said “you ordered this, you want it or not?” NOT! Rude horrible customer service!

Terrible service. The person who took delivered my order got it wrong by shorting me a Star hamburger yet still attempted to charge me $28.00 plus for the order. The window person DID NOT correct the order and no transaction was made. My advice is to avoid this store at all costs. There are other establishments in close proximity who are more than willing and able to deliver not only a quality product but quality service as well. Won’t go there again.
