came in here a while ago and got a large pizza and some cheesy bread. when we went in the store to pick up our order it wasn’t ready yet so we sat there and waited. i looked at the people in the kitchen and the guy making the pizzas was NOT wearing gloves while he was putting the toppings on the pizza. that didn’t sit well with me but thought it would be somewhat okay because they are cooking it. we took our pizzas home and i found a hair on my crust.. i didn’t eat the crust and just left it alone.. but then i picked up another piece and found a hair COOKED INTO THE SIDE. literally so nasty. please do not come here they are so unsanitary.

I ordered what I was led to believe was curbside, where they bring the food outside the restaurant. I ordered this way because I am COVID POSITIVE and wanted to be respectful of everyone. Instead, I had to GO IN 20 minutes after I checked in as there, and the app updated to say my food was ready. I had to wait in line in a restaurant full of people, knowing I was contagious as hell because I wanted my food. Once I finally recieved it, it was cold ( obviously, it’s 25 minutes old) it would serve the whole restaurant well to realize they shouldn’t offer the service if they won’t honor it. I hope I was able to get in and out without passing it on, but if not, oh well.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Marco’s Pizza recently. After placing an order and generously tipping $10 on a $67 order, I received a call from the store manager, Bob, after the food was delivered. He expressed dissatisfaction with the tip amount, which left me shocked and questioning their customer service standards.

The guy who answered the phone didn’t know what he was doing. He told me it’d be 15 minutes for a delivery. 30 minutes after he was supposed to have delivered my order and they tell me they don’t know why the driver told me 15 minutes on a delivery. Then the lady tells me he put it the wrong order for me. I told her Marcos should make sure their employees are better trained on the job. She tells me that is a conversation I need to have with the manager. I ask for her to put them on tue phone and tells me there is t a manager in the store and I need to call back tomorrow or during the week. In all the years I’ve ordered from Marco’s I have NEVER had this kind of treatment. My family will not order from Marco’s again. I get home and I did not get everything I ordered and was charged for.
