I HATE this sonic SO much!!! Not only did I wait TWENTY MINUTES in the drive thru they also serve me cold food. when I asked her to warm it up the rude little window girl tells me there’s no way she just pulled them out so I ask for the store number to call corporate this Little girl tells me ‘ it’s on google ‘ and REFUSES to let me speak with a manager!

pushed the red button, no response for 15 minutes.. finally left and drove to garden city sonic at five points. whoever owns the Holcomb sonic needs a whole new staff. no wonder I was the only vehicle in the stalls.

They have very bad service. It takes an hour and 30 minutes to get food at the least. Other times I have sat for 2 hours. The last time I went they said my card didn’t work so I paid with another card. They ended up charging my account not only for my meal but for another meal I did not order 2 times. The servers have been rude as well. Many times my order is wrong then I have to wait another 30 minutes to an hour for my food to be fixed. I wish I could go here with out wondering if my order is going to come to me correctly in a timely manner or if I’m going to have my card charged for more than my order. It is faster to go to Garden City to get Sonic.

Came in hungry was going to order double cheeseburger with mustard extra value meal and then I noticed their refill policy on the wall it says no refills having something to do with health code regulations nonsense anyway I asked well what are you do just give me a new drink every time and she said yes but it’s half price. Unacceptable I’m going somewhere else to eat. It is not bad service it is just corporate rules I’m guessing that’s a good way to lose business the cashier was friendly.

The food was awful. The limeade slush was undrinkable. It had all of the flavor on the bottom and it was not mixed up. We tried mixing it in better but that didn’t help as it tasted like it had 3 times the flavoring in it. The buffalo sauced popped chicken were so salty I could not finish it.

When they get it right, the food is good. But this is now the third time they have gotten my order wrong. I usually stop here on my way to deliver. I think from now on, I am not going to come here anymore. Tired of inept employees who hear one thing when I say something completely different. I ordered a coney dog, they gave me an American dog… at this point, I would rather starve instead of stopping and getting what I didn’t order

Went in for breakfast and Sonic charged us for something we did NOT order. Instead of refunding our money, we got two coupons. The coupons were for half priced fountain drinks, which I could’ve gotten during happy hour anyway?!?! The food they did give us, did not have all the ingredients listed on the menu. Very disappointed in Sonic and their employees. I will not be going back!

The rug by the register was absolutely disgusting! The staff was nice enough but the food was terrible! The tater tots were stale, cold and hard. The popcorn chicken had a very bitter taste to it. The only thing good about our experience was the Ocean Water and Cherry Limeade!

Why is this place even here? In the seemingly rare occasions that they are actually open you have to stand at the register and holler to get service. They close at a moment’s notice yet the Subway and Loves people are able to get to work. On New Year’s day they were supposed to be open until 10 pm. I arrived at 6:10 pm and they were locked up and gone.
