The kids they have on these registers are truly disrespectful and have no kind of customer service. Then I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my son and guess what it wasn’t even in there. My girlfriend had to go back and get the sandwich and instead of politely helping her the children on the register decided to be rude and call me names. They need better workers and managers in there. I won’t be going there again.

Why can’t they treat people in West Philly the same as elsewhere. The door closes nearly a hour early with no warning or reason. The guards are professional. Neither of those fancy free style coke machines is operational anymore. If you want a Fanta Zero Orange or a Cherry Vanilla Coke you are out of luck!

After reading some not so good reviews, I decided to place my online/mobile order 15 minute ahead of time. When I arrived at drive through, I let them know that I have mobile order under my name and was told that if my order is not ready would have to step inside the store to get it. Needless to say I was bummed out as if I wanted to come inside then why the hell I placed online order. But when I got to the last pick up window to inquire if my order was ready or not, it was all ready in cute little brown bag waiting for me. The order was right, nothing missing and as usual yummy Wendys food. I did not rate inside atmosphere as I never stepped in to give honest feedback. The drive through window employee was nice and friendly and the line was moving fast despite of peak lunch hour. So the takeway is for mobile/online order, give them ample time to prepare ahead as it does get very busy and like any place, the employees are overworked and do not have extra help with rush busy times. Hope this helps who like me was skeptical after reading awful reviews.

It’s really sad that the people in the drive thru refuse to use words. The lady only told me my amount due because I returned her silent stare when I pulled up. The other young lady at the pick up window- same thing. Just hand me the drink like she giving me a sip. If they are non-verbal, then forgive me. But I think you’re supposed to greet your customers with words. So rude. And my sandwich looked like something people in jail get. Photo added. Wendy’s makes salads, so I know they have more lettuce than that one lil leaf. Just careless. The fries were all crunchy. Only thing good was that ragglas.s iced tea! They make you wanna go Madea on them for real. Do better.

Ordered a Dave’s Double combo with no bun and chili instead of fries. The cashier looked at me like I was crazy. And preceded to tell me that I had to order fries and a soda. The manager stepped in and knew exactly what to do. She then coached the sandwich maker on how to make it. Next, as I started to eat my food I noticed what to me looked like a hair in my burger. I took it up. The cashier again looked dumbfounded and went to over to the two sandwich makers. They immediately stated it wasn’t their hair. Then the cashier said it plastic from the tray then proceeded to look like he was about to give me the food back. Needless to say he went and got the manager once again she was apologetic and personally made my food. The manager was the superstar here. The cashier lacked customer service skills and I hope will get better at his job. I could have rated this a 1 experience but because of the manager, I rated it a 3.

The dining room hasn’t even been open to the public long and they’re already inconsistent. On August 13th the door was closed before 9:30 pm and the to make things worse the walk up window didn’t open that night. I came back a hour later. The app didn’t indicate that so it’s a good thing I didn’t try to order until I got there in person.

The worst staff I’ve seen is all of them gathered here exactly the one in the head of the hijab but does not correspond to the hijab at all, she was very rough, when I asked for delivery, she said that this order is not here without even checking and I canceled the order then again Dordash gave me two more orders from this restaurant again asked the order But in the end I waited stupidly for 40 minutes, but no order, nothing is just a very bad impression of there

The absolute worst when it comes to putting the right items in a bag. How hard is it to just read what’s in the receipt and put the exact items in the bag. This is a constant problem. Ridiculous!!

I ordered a salad for my father at 56th and chestnut in Philadelphia, I paid 11.00 dollars. I specifically asked the young lady if salad dressing was in the the bag she said yes. I get to my father there was No napkin, fork or dressing in bag. I wish managers can teach a class on customer service and making sure orders are prepared properly. The customer service overall is horrible, the workers don’t say thank you for coming have a nice day. They are always on their phones… come on… thank God for chick-fa-la. Their customer service beats McDonald’s and Wendy’s 100% for sure.
