Not sure if these “new” people they have working at this Dunkin Donuts. But they look possibly Philippino . I asked the lady on the speaker if she can add no ice to my order because I was not going to drink the coffee right away. Now I understood they’re rules and understood they have to charge 1.50 if you don’t get ice . But she kept going on and on. Then I get to the window and she’s talking about me with her coworkers VERY LOUD. So I told the boy at the window that it’s bad for business to have your coworkers talking about someone paying them and super loud. He didn’t say sorrry or nothing just a oh okay. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT WILL NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS DOWN. BECAUSE WHO YOU HIRE REFLECTS ON YOUR BUSINESS.

This dunkin is a little slower but they always get my order right. So I’ll take the slow over other dunkins getting my stuff wrong. The manager is always friendly and I’ve never had a worker be rude and I go here probably every other day lol

TERRIBLE STORE! i live 2 minutes from there and i always hesistate to go to this one. i am disappointed every single time. the NEVER make my coffee the way i tell them to do it, even when i tell them how many cream and sugar i want it tastes horrible. Plently of dunkin donuts in the area. that was the very last time i will ever visit this dunkin. GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE, THIS ONE IS GARBAGE!!! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I don’t understand why anyone would prepare a burnt, hard sandwich and think that it’s acceptable to give to a paying customer. Toasted does not mean burnt. Be prepared for the employees to just be sitting around on their phones.

Lately, the service has been pretty slow. I’ve also noticed a dip in quality. Sometimes the coffee is fine and other days I cannot bring myself to finish it because it tastes watered down or just plain “off.” Today was the worst, though. I ordered an iced coffee with mocha and they gave me sweet tea with mocha in it. I wanted to go back and return it but the drive thru line was going into the street and customers are still not permitted into the store. Despite living within walking distance, I cannot see myself going back anymore.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered EGG AND CHEESE croissants and even though the woman repeated my order and I repeated everything I ordered after ordering and they took such a long time to make it they put bacon on my food! I drove home and bit into my sandwich to find PORK! Which I never in my life ate! I vomitted immediately and have been feeling ill ever since like food poisoning. When I called to speak to the manager he said no pork is served here so WHERE DID IT COME FROM? Cause it sure as hell wasn’t turkey bacon and regardless of what he’s saying it was I didn’t order ANY meat. He said he’d address the situation but yk that’s code for not do anything. They offered to remake the food but what good would that do? I got a refund but thats not enough for me. I’ll be pursuing further action.

Even though this is the closest Dunkin to my house I always go out of my way to find another one. This one is unbelievably slow. I’ve waited 20 minutes to even order and then told they aren’t “doing hot drinks today.”

Ordered an egg bacon cheese at around 1:30pm. It was not reheated much. Cold and chewy. Coffee was great. Customer service should be 24/7. Every customer deserves your best. IMO.

Slowest drive thru I have ever been at! I try to stop before work since inside is closed due to covid and drive thru is only open. Never have ever had less than a 15 minute wait no matter what! Even when only 2 cars in front. So slow. When they have the younger kids run the drive thru it goes much better but it’s always the same people. People gotta work. America doesn’t wait on Dunkin!!!!
