I I absolutely hate this one today was my last time I door dash for extra income and either I’m totally ignored or like today disrespected by a manager because I wear a mask just to make sure people feel at ease. When I’m delivering there food but I have a 5 year old who has a very weak immune system said he. Felt like I might be planning to rob the place first if I was to do some stupid stuff like that I wouldn’t come in and show you my phone with the door dash orders and I’m active delivering on there but for what maybe a couple hundred bucks or maybe he has a guilty conscience and looking for a way to cover up some money he stashed give me a break

I recently started ordering from here, within the last 2 months. And I have to say having read all the previous reviews, I’m thinking everything has been improved upon. I say this because everything has been exactly as I had ordered 100% spot on, forgetting nothing, and delivered extremely quickly. I’m very happy with the quality and I’m guessing things have changed based upon the previous negative reviews! I’m very happy and I’m a real person LOL. I order about twice a week and have not been disappointed not once within the last 2 to 3 months.

It is hit and miss. Customer service is always terrible. Have been cussed at and accused of not paying for my order (even though I paid online). Sometimes I walk in and am totally ignored. I once waited inside the store for a pizza that they told me they were going to have to remake because they messed it up before I arrived. I waited for forty five minutes because they forgot to make the remake. I will never return to this store and I highly don’t recommend. Go anywhere else.

Person that prep/ making the pizza doesn’t wear any type of glove, using bare hands. When people came in to pick up their order nobody come to greet or ask what they need for least 10 mins+ while their employees were standing around

I ordered 3 garlic knot orders on doordash and each of them had a layer of burnt garlic at the bottom to the point that it is indistinguishable from sand. I personally would not have minded dry bread sticks but but they all taste like burnt garlic.

My girlfriend order a Buffalo chicken papadia… came with no Buffalo sauce, ranch cup was open and spilled out… and Parmesan garlic breadsticks.. they were way over cooked and no Parmesan on them at all. Terrible.

11/30/22 Tonight was busy for this store, as you could tell by each of the crew members staying on task trying to get orders ready and out the door. With a busy night comes the stress of it also, the manager on tonight needs to find a different career path, I waited patiently for my order, I understand how stressful and chaotic things can feel when it’s rush time and working with food, however it does not excuse his actions of throwing the pizza pans and cursing in front of a lobby full of customers. I didn’t catch the name of the crew member who stepped up and started getting the orders straightened out and given to the correct customers, I remember he had green guages, there’s someone who should be promoted, or given a raise, he worked phenomenal under pressure, accurately, and quickly!!

I ordered a cheese stuff crust pizza for delivery, and when it got here the bread dough was -raw- You could even visually just tell that the pizza didn’t get enough time in an oven as the crust hadn’t even really risen on the bottom, and it’s just absolutely disgusting that anyone would have even looked at this and allowed it to be sent out.
