We usually stick to our brand of pizza but we couldn’t find one close to our location. Dominos was about 5 minutes away so we ordered and it was ready in 10 minutes it was very good pizza, we ordered Extravaganza pizza, chicken wings and pasta. Everything was delicious and very good. Not ok, and not one driver has attempted a contactless delivery. The drivers handle the dipping cups not the people who are cutting your pizza. How many people have the drivers come in contact with before touching the dipping that they inserted directly into my pizza? This is appalling.

Burned pizza! Cooked and QC by manager Dawson. Called to request refund and they hung up on me. Went in store and female working counter yelled across store”Dawson, looks like you have customer” he then had the nerve to ask what was wrong with it when you can clearly knew it was burnt when you cooked it clearly can see and feel that it is like piece of cardboard. Do better Domino’s! Not everyone can manage a store and or customers.

Customer service is terrible at best. Waited 15 minutes for curbside pickup. After 2 minutes the app notified me that they missed the time limit and I was getting a free pizza. After 15 minutes I called the store and spoke with the shift manager Dre. He then proceeded to argue with me that I never hit the button in the app to notify them that I was there, even though I had proof that I had by way of the notification of the free pizza from the app. After leaving me on hold for 5 minutes, he comes back on and says they didn’t show me checked in. I said the red truck with the hazards on right in front of the store. You can see me from the store. He said I could come in to pick it up. I said no, I wanted the curbside service I had requested and he hung up. He eventually brought the order which included 3 garlic, a buffalo and blue cheese sauces. He said they were out of buffalo and blue cheese so he handed us 2 garlic’s and a sweet habanero stating that’s all they had. When I called back asking for a refund of the sauces I paid for, he said to come back up to the store to get my refund of approx $4.(with a broken ankle and 4 kids this was impossible) When I asked for his name he refused to give it stating he had no obligation to do so, never even apologized or took any responsibility and continued to blame me. (I acquired his name through a fellow coworker via secondary call) I will not be going back to this store. This was a deplorable way to be treated, especially in light of having a broken ankle. This was not even the bare minimum of customer service. The food was cooked with the same professionalism I assure you. With rubbery chicken and a hand tossed that looked like a thin crust on one side and the entire order was cold from sitting so long. Don’t waist your time. There are much better options then this store.
