Over the last several visits the orders have had missing food or wrong all together. This requires a trip back to attempt to correct the issue. Workers want premium pay for very subpar service and products.

Short staffed so they fill your orders wrong 3xout of 10 visits. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed on last 2 visits. Handing wrong orders out the window. This was at Greenville Kentucky Restaurant. Most of time food is great. Sometimes rushed and big mac falls apart.

I hadn’t been to a McDonalds since I was a kid (long time ago), but I was pleasantly surprised to taste a double quarter pounder with bacon. It was quite good.

ALMOST every employee that works there are so very rude and hateful it would b different if it was 1 time occurrence but it’s every single time you go thru the drive thru or go in. I do have to say they do have 1 male employee and I’m sure everyone knows who I’m talking about when I say he is the nicest most polite man he goes above and beyond every single time . Central city McDonald’s needs more of him. I’m sure the moral in that place is awful. No wonder they have such a high turn over rate

I went through the drive thru, there was about a 5 minute wait before I could order. The workers were nice and made no mistakes with my order.

Wife and I went through the drive through. All we wanted was some hot fries. So we pull into the first drive through next to the building and sat there. We sat there and we sat there. Another vehicle pulls into the other drive through. We hear the speaker and the lady takes the customers order. Truck pulls around to the first window. We figured we’d be next. Still sitting there. Nothing. Two more vehicles pull into the other drive through. Speaker comes on. Customer gives their order. They are directed to pull around to the first window. Okay. We figured we’d be next. Speaker comes on at the other drive through. Customer gives order and is directed to pull around. At this point we’re beginning to feel ignored. But maybe our speaker would come on next. Nope. Three more vehicles pulled into the other drive through. All are waited on and directed to pull to the first window. Still sitting there at the first drive through. Nothing. At this point my wife said to forget it and we’d leave. So we pull out and I decide to park and go in to confront the manager. I understand staff shortages. They’re everywhere at moment. That’s okay. I get it. But we were blatantly ignored. The girl operating the drive through knew we were there. Several times we even tried to say hello as we sat there. So, I go in and the girl who is operating the drive through is working the front end as well. I explain the situation and she says, “Oh that’s probably my fault!” Okay, she just admitted it was her fault so she knew that she was ignoring us. I told her I wanted to see the manager. Instead of going to the back and getting the manager she stood there in the front of the building and hollered for the manager. He makes his way up front. I explain the situation and he comes off as rude and condescending while trying to explain that the headsets were probably bouncing off each other. Excuse me?!? They were what?!? I told him we were customers and we did appreciate being ignored. His excuse was it wasn’t his fault and he was short staffed. Okay. Whatever. The problem was the girl didn’t know her job from a hold on the ground. There were no headsets bouncing off of each other. That was a lie. I just turned around and walked out. That was the poorest customer service we’ve ever encountered and won’t be back. This happened about 8:00pm. So avoid going to Greenville, Ky McDonalds at night.
