Normally don’t have an issue. But today I went with my family and 3 people got iced coffee. They all mentioned they tasted bitter and/or sour. I tasted 2 and it was awful. When we got home we opened them and all the cream/milk was extremely curdled. I was horrified! When we found the curdled milk we called the store and they wouldn’t even let boyfriend finish talking and just offered new drinks if we we’re to come back up there.. And on top of that they didn’t give us the discount on corn dogs for Halloween. When I brought it up, the manager said there was nothing they could do and sent me on my way.

Everytime I go they are very friendly as always. They do take a long time, not to mention most of the time they don’t make my order right.. They read your order to u from the receipt at ur car because it’s made right?? U pay for any extra but its never there. They never mix your master blast or what have u cuz when u get half way through its straight vanilla or what u get ALWAYS. So that isn’t cool in itself.. (You all need to step up your game with all the customers u have there) It shouldn’t be a problem getting it right. I go quite often but may change locations not that when i do it’s right.. Hmmmmm?

Was a little disappointed in the food here. Took a long time to get my order, even though it wasn’t really busy. The BLT had only one tiny tomato on it. The Philly Cheesesteak never has much meat in it. Prices are too high for this low of a quality. Improve the food or lower the prices.

I ordered a hot fudge Sundae with banana. The banana was black. The sauce was burnt, the ice cream was rubbery. This is the worst sonic. I never have issues with my orders at any other sonic in Olathe. This one can rarely get the orders right and when they do the food is nasty. I waited 45 minutes for the biggest let down ever. I know I’m not the only one having horrible experiences at this location. Which is sad because I love sonic food at any other location at least. It’s worth it to drive 10 minutes out of your way to go to any other location.

The management team here sucks, good luck getting any answer or resolve on any mess up that you bring to their attention. They would rather blame you or scream at you instead of try to figure out what happened. First time they kept getting my order wrong. Second time I found hairs and other things in my food. This Sonic is disgusting and on top of that management is always screaming at their employees in front of customers. DO NOT GO HERE!! BEWARE!! Update they don’t know how to fill drinks up correctly.

So, the food is honestly a hit or miss. On this visit my food was hot and steaming, and prepared quickly. But, the last couple times before that, our burgers were not actually warm, and seemed undercooked. I ordered a 44 ounce Sprite to share with hubby, and ended up with a 44 ounce carbonated water (Sprite is notorious for having no syrup and the staff not realizing) – so, if you order Sprite (anywhere really), always sip before you leave!
