Crisp and dry. Fruit-forward notes of pear and apple. White flowers on the nose.
Abita Purple Haze-Raspberry Lager 4.2% Alcohol. From Covington LA
crisp American style wheat beer with fresh raspberries added after fermentation. It is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and Vanguard hops.
Adirondack Bear Naked Ale 5.2% Alcohol. From Lake George NY
A medium-bodied Amber Ale with a brilliant copper color. Top-fermenting ale yeast and a high proportion of imported Munich Malt create a clean, crisp beer with a toasty and slightly fruity backbone.
Adirondack Lake George’s IPA 7% Alcohol. From Brooklyn NY
Lake Georg’e IPA changes with our hometown’s four distict seasons. Every 90 days, or less, you can expect a new Wave of modern, hazy, juicy, East Coast IPA. The malt bill remains teh same: 2 row, red wheat, and flaked oats, but the hop profile changes each and every time; no two Waves are exactly the same.
Allagash Belgian White 5.2% Alcohol. From Portland ME
Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with oats, malted wheat, and raw wheat for a hazy “white” appearance. Spiced with our own special blend of coriander and Curaçao orange peel, Allagash White upholds the Belgian tradition of beers that are both complex and refreshing.
Bell’s Two Hearted Ale IPA 7% Alcohol. From Comstock MI
Named after fishing waters in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Two Hearted is an American IPA brewed and dry hopped with 100% Centennial hops. Beloved by longtime and new craft beer drinkers, Two Hearted is an iconic ale that’s perfect for any occasion.
Blue Point Toasted Vienna Lager 5.5% Alcohol. From Patchogue NY
Smooth, balanced, and classic, Toasted Lager enjoys a 24-year heritage as a staple in the NY craft beer scene, often the first beer many Long Islanders ever drink. Extremely crushable and easy to love.
Doc’s Sour Cherry Hard Apple Cider Warwick, NY
Seasonal blend is a flavorful cherry hard cider made from pressed New York state apples and fresh cherries for a bright, refreshing drink ideal for the warmer months.
Downeast Original Blend Unfiltered Cider 5.1% Alcohol. From East Boston MA
juicy and sweet, tastes and smells just like farm fresh cider you drank as a kid. intensely flavorful, remarkably drinkable.
Fiddlehead IPA 6.2% Alcohol. From Shelburne VT
medium bodied American style IPA has an alluring golden glow and beautifully blends three strains of hops. While strong citrus notes ambush your taste buds halfway through the palate, the beer finishes very crisp and dry.
Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout 6% Alcohol. From Longmont CO
America’s Milk Stout Nitro is a full sensory experience. Gaze at the mesmerizing cascade of all those tiny Nitro bubbles. Breathe in the aromas of roasted coffee, milk chocolate, brown sugar and vanilla cream. Savor the super smooth Nitro sensation. And, smile as the perfectly pillowy head coats your upper lip.
Livingoods Vanilla Maple Porter 5.8% ABV Peru NY
A robust porter with 50lbs. of New York Grade A organic maple syrup, laced with pure vanilla and subtle hints of chocolate, sassafras, and coffee
Newburgh Brown Ale 4% Alcohol. From Newburgh NY
In the south of England, they prefer their brown ale maltier and lower in alcohol. Here in Newburgh, we tend to agree. Verging on black, this beer pours with a light tan head and beautiful ruby highlights in the glass. The flavor is dominated by malty sweetness and gentle hints of chocolate and toffee. A nice and sessionable 4.2% alcohol content and medium to light body begs for an evening by the fire at Trail Break.
Paradox Beaver Bite IPA 6% Alcohol. From Schroon Lake NY
JUICY-PINE-CITRUS New England IPA. Brewed with choice English crystal malt, copious amounts of American hops, which are then fermented with our house ale strain.
Prairie Tiny S’s Sour 6.5% ABV. From Krebs, OK
sour ale made with… rainbow chewy candy. It’s very delightful, and perhaps our highest rated sour ale ever.
Sloop Juice Bomb-Ne IPA 6.5% ABV Fishkill NY
low bitterness and late hopping showcase the citrusy, juicy notes of American hops. A blast of tropical aroma is followed by a resiny and balanced flavor. Juice bomb features all the aspects and nuances of full hop flavor — not just bitterness. An IPA for real hop lovers.
Southern Tier Pumpking 8.6% ABV Lakewood, NY
Pumpkin puree and pie spices, malty, bready; cinnamon dominates with nutmeg and vanilla in the background
Switchback Ale
reddish-amber ale which is particularly well-balanced, allowing for complexity of flavor coupled with an unusually smooth and refreshing character. Five different malts, select hop varieties, and our own specially cultivated yeast create an ale which leads with hop flavors and a subtle impression of fruit (our yeast’s contribution), followed by a palate pleasing malty finish. Our own special process uses the yeast to naturally carbonate the beer, and we leave it unfiltered.
Von Trapp Bavarian Pilsner 5% Alcohol
Stowe, Vermont Our version of a Bavarian Pils showcases the high quality ingredients we use to create our lagers. Choice malts imported from Bamberg build the smooth lager character and accentuate the noble hops of the Hallertau region. The hops provide light floral and subtle bittering notes, allowing the malt to shine through.

Attended a celebration here and everything about this place was top notch friendly service, atmosphere, and food. Melissa and Gabby served the table and helped us organize the guest. Gabby helped us decorate with a smile ! The food was delicious and I mean every dish came out perfect. They even had a band and the singers voice was spot on. They made a an out of this world carrot cake too! Do not let the rustic Adirondack outside fool you! This place is a gem! The also have some quality craft beer at the bar !

Rustic restaurant. Made reservations. Ordered fried haddock with loaded potatoes and salad; broiled shrimp platter with potato and green beans, lobster bisque and whiskey sour. Bisque was ok. Only 2 small chunks of lobster. Shrimp was good, 8 out of 10. Haddock was good, potato was obviously under the heat lamp for a while. Salad was a salad. Best thing of the meal was the whiskey sour. Servers were working tirelessly but service was a bit slow. Overall an ok dinner. Not worth the cost. Probably will not be back.

The food is good, we had shrimp in a cajun sauce. It was good but over priced for what you had.

As a previous restaurant owner we no sometimes nothing goes right. But we set close to 40 minutes before our waitress showed up. The couple we were with asked several times for bread, we finally the bread and the water. Our orders were not completely right but that was taken care of with the exception of my sweet potato which had to be taken from the refrigerator so didn’t eat that brought home to put in microwave. The noise level is probably part of the waitress issue on getting some things wrong so difficult to here or have conversation nothing to deaden all the wood. It appeared to me that there is a lack of training very disappointed.
