I would just like to start off by saying that I wish this KFC would of been better. When I say that I mean I wish they were much better. I walked into KFC today around 6:50 PM to grab myself a small dinner as I was not that hungry so I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip box. Once I received my box the food looked great and I had received everything that I ordered while at the counter. Once I went to go and grab my drink is when I noticed my first problem… The drink counter was extremely sticky which caused the bottom of my cup to be sticky for the rest of the time I was there at KFC, Once I sat down to start eating my food I started to hear some yelling from the back area which was not able to be seen by the public and once the yelling started I saw an employee turn around the corner to see if anyone was looking. Once everyone stopped yelling I started to eat my food to which I was disappointment in right away because it felt like I was eating a plain chicken strip and nothing else. THERE WAS NO SEASONING ON MY CHICKEN. Once I was eating on my chicken I started to notice that something was hard and so I looked and noticed that my chicken was still pink in the middle and not fully cooked. Which all of my chicken strips were the same way. After I was done with the chicken strips I moved over to my sides which was mac and cheese and mashed potatoes to which the mashed potatoes were extremely runny and it honestly looked like I was eating oatmeal and then the mac and cheese tasted like it had been sitting out and was only lukewarm. I am very sad that this KFC has went to shame and it would be nice if they turned it around and possibly lowered their prices like really we all live in a poor town

They had a rough opening, but I have been here twice since then, and the food is fantastic, finger-licking good. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s the KFC that I remember from when I was a kid.

The store was filthy. The floor was sticky and the tables and counter top looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. The people working there were just as dirty and unprofessional. I witnessed one employee making sandwiches for customers and she was eating pickle slices while she was putting some on the sandwiches. In her defense she was wearing gloves but still, their is a time and place for that. As we ordered she screamed to another employee in the back and asked if they had chicken. The coworker responded with another scream. They weren’t that far apart. I used the bathroom when I first got there and it was probably the worst I’ve seen aside from portapotties. Someone smashed a bug on the wall of the men’s room (not sure what kind) and the toilet and floor was just foul. Wads of paper thrown on the floor. I don’t see this franchise lasting long at all. Head to the one on ft Harrison it’s been around a long time and they have the business figured out.

Not one person in this restaurant, with the very slight exception of the woman referred to as the manager, seemed to know what they were doing. The chicken tenders were “ok” according to my daughter, the chicken nuggets were dried out. My chicken bowl was more just a bowl of mashed potatoes, with very little of anything else in it. It has been a very long time since I’ve eaten at KFC, and based on this experience, it’ll be a long time until I do again. I WILL NOT be going to this location, Brazil, Indiana, again.

If I could give it no stars I would. Great place to take your kids to learn new four letter words from bickering staff in the back, no matter where you sit you will hear them arguing in the restaurant, saying g______ and the f bomb. From the woman with missing teeth. Happened today August 7, 2023 , in the evening. Will not be going back. My children were eating inside the restaurant too.

Came in on a weekend at 6:30pm at night. Peak dinner. And THEY WERE ALREADY OUT OF CHICKEN! The staff were in a bad mood; and seemed frustrated. They were closing close to 5 hours before their close time. Ridiculous. What kind of chicken place does not prepare for dinner rush in a weekend, and have no chicken. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the short time this place has been opened. Can we figure this out please? Thank you. And the chicken I did get was definitely bottom of the barrel and dry. Sub-par. Will not be going back.

Do not waste your time or money. 2 parts of our order were made wrong. Ordered right but they were too busy not paying attention and jacking around to care. The fries and chicken were so gross and grey. They tasted of old grease. The floors were sticky and were covered in food that clearly haven’t been cleaned in a couple days. They were sending people home they were so dead. The Mac and cheese was hard and dry. The biscuits were more like crackers. Worst 35$ I’ve ever spent.

Do not recommend. The worst customer service I have ever recieved. Samantha Floyd McCullough was the worst. And the manager Tim, the way he talks to his employees….shouldn’t be manager. Samantha shouldn’t be working around food. She adjusts her pad and then handles food without gloves. I wouldn’t eat here.
