So I ordered a number 7. 2cheeseburger add extra onion and large vanilla ice coffee. I had to bring my stuff back over salted fries couldn’t eat them. No extra onions. And the ice coffee stunk. So they were very nice in replacement but they gave me an old as hell. Hamburger they probably dropped on the ground and ice coffee still stunk on replacement. WOULDNT GO THERE !!’n

The lady taking orders n cashing out people at the drive thru is always sweet, but the staff at the window giving the food out is rude. My coffee was not even filled all the way up n my egg sandwich had a egg shell in it … that is nasty n dangerous. Very upset wit them. Need to have a meeting with staff about rudeness n cooking .

Went though the drive thru.. it appears to me that these young kids just want to play with their phones and not pay attention. I work in the food business so i understand mistakes.. i placed my order and when i got to the first window i decided to add 2 large Oreo frappes. I get to the second window and they had given me mcflurries . I said i didn’t order those. And she said well that’s what is on the screen. And then started to say that i could just keep those and they’d charge me for the frappes??? None the less i caused a little stink cause i work in food and the business I’m in we just make it right no questions asked. I didn’t want anything for free i just wanted what i ordered. If you’re going to hire people with no experience it is surely your staffs responsibility to teach them job skills such as customer service and relations.

As I pulled in it, just so happened cars were parked like every other parking place not real busy, but just busy enough that I had to park in the reserved for drive-through window parking in order to be able to go in because the drive-through was actually full . I was pulling just a small U-Haul trailer, barely any bigger than an SUV.

Wow. I normally don’t even write reviews like this and it’s fast food so I’m not expecting anything spectacular, but the girl in the Drive-Thru this evening either hated life or hated me or both. I pulled up to order and she kept saying she couldn’t hear me, she couldn’t hear me, and she couldn’t hear me. Mind you by that time I’m screaming so loud I thought people in the parking lot across the street were going to call the law on me. But she still couldn’t hear me. I told her I would drive to the window. When I got there these two young girls glared down at me and told me that they were trying to take my order but I wasn’t listening. Uh, ok? I ordered my two items. The girls exchanged glances, basically threw my debit card back at me with a loud sigh, then closed the window on me so they could talk among themselves. The person handing out the food was nice but those two either need to find a new job or get over the attitude. I wasn’t even rude, just loud because they kept saying they couldn’t hear. Sheesh.

What just came to this McDonald’s to get my kids dinner? Charge me 40 something dollars and then didn’t want to give me all my food. The lady who’s ever serving at the window right now it’s 7:11 PM. She is very rude didn’t even give us our food all of our food. Just very nasty for no reason overall very bad experience I will never come back to this one. I just had my husband take all the food back in there and just refund us we are customers you overcharged us didn’t give us all the food and then your poor negative negative attitude it’s just really bothering me.
