This Wendy’s isn’t usually bad, but the staff that worked the drive thru was rude with attitudes and when we asked for sauces that we asked for from the beginning. Almost like we were disturbing them because we asked. It took forever to get the food and I’ll be honest, it just seemed like it wasn’t a good day for the staff.

I tined it. 53 mins in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me at the ordering speaker. After yelling for someone at the pay window, I pulled up to the second window and was asked if I’m “picking up?” What the hell else would I be here for?!? Then asked for my name. I just moved to Waldorf a few months ago and this Wendy’s is a problem. 98% of the time they either out of chicken ( and don’t update there menus for people ordering online or thru mobile app) HORRIBLE customer service( can’t tell the difference between a doordash or or mobile order) the black young dude that just started there need to not be working the drive thru bcuz he is rude and disrespectful and don’t apologize for nothing. The 2% is when I order frostys which thats about all they get right.

I had a few minutes to kill and decided to cheat on my diet. Of the open options for a burger, I went with Wendys. I decided Wendy’s in Waldorf, MD would be ideal. I was honestly impressed with the service. It appeared they were training a new crew. I was highly impressed with the manager and her team. She continually worked and directed her crew, telling them why something was done as well as the need for them to do it. It was a class in leadership. It was on 6/8 at about 1315.

Hello, my name is Sir’Ron I went at 8 o’clock Friday. When I went there they were throwing a party for someone . They had loud music nobody was at the front. It’s like a long time for me to get my food. They were really rude. When I got home I went to go eat my chicken sandwich when I bit into my chicken sandwich it did not taste cook it, taste, raw when I took a bite, I threw up and when I looked at that, my chicken sandwich, it was white and not cooked, it never taste like this but today they were really not paying attention. They were throwing a party for somebody and they stop cooking to go to the party .

I understand why this location has such low reviews. I waited numerous minutes for my order to be taken… I was the only one in line at 6pm. After I ordered, the person who took my money was on his cell phone and everyone walking by seemed to not care as it took him 2 minutes to take my money and even more to provide me my change back. It was a cell phone call! Very unprofessional. I did receive my food from the order window promptly. But makes sense after sitting at the money winder for 4 minutes… again, i was the only person in line at all. The food was okay, but tasted worse because of the service. Waiting for this location to shut down or get new management. Will NOT return even if it’s the last thing open.

I understand everyone has bad days but when someone is nice to you and you still choose to be rude and disrespectful it says a lot about as person. I went to Wendy’s for just a cup of ice, I saw the drive thru was backed up so I took it upon myself to go in, I did immediately see there were hand written notes that said “drive thru only” but as I waited for an employee to at least acknowledge me, a worker came from the back continued to look at the ground and walk past me. Like I said in the beginning bad days are normal and you are entitled to your feelings but ignoring a customer because you think you know what their going to ask beyond ignorant and childish. I have seen the numerous of times driving past this Wendy’s it is always packed and after seeing these reviews it’s not for good reason. Anyways, to the employees/management of this team, if you throughly do not enjoy your work environment and it is taking a toll on you mentally and physically to the point you can’t do your job, find a new one. Ever since the pandemic there are plenty of other jobs and opportunities out there. No reason to stay anywhere you aren’t happy. I hope this establishment gets better management soon.

I eat burgers no more than twice a year. Overcooked dry burgers laced with way too much ketchup. Mayo and mustard Reallydisappointed. I won’t be going back. Ordered 2 simgle burgers without cheeze and a large chocolate frosty. There were no large cups, so I selected medium. Too bad.
