I lived in the area for 5 years and I’ve never had an issue with this Popeyes, but today there was an older lady there not sure her name she was extremely rude, in a rush as if I was wasting her time, and she was even eating as she was talking and handling my order (in drive thru). All I ordered was a Mango lemonade. First she gave a large regular lemonade cool no problem, I had her exchange for the right one, she gave me a drink with no ice and no straw I said can I have a straw she closed the window and walks away. So I ask the other younger lady and she put ice in my drink gave me a straw and said have a nice day. Not sure if the older woman was having a bad day but as a former employee of Popeyes I know it’s not hard to accommodate customers and complete simple transactions, especially if the customer isn’t unruly in any way. Driving away as I’m mixing the lemonade I notice there’s something floating in my drink, not sure what it was but not only did I have to endure a rude encounter at the establishment but I also wasted my $4 getting a drink.

The location is very unprofessional. The manager took my order, but she wasn’t ringing my food in! She randomly came up with a total. She said your total is 39.95. I gave her a $50 bill. She gave me 10.05 change. I asked for a receipt, and she said hold on. Have a seat, and she’ll bring it to me. My kids and I started to eat our food, and she yelled over and asked if everything was right in my bag! I said yes, but I was still looking forward to my receipt, and I never got it! I looked on my phone as if I was placing an online order for pickup, and it came up to only $29.45. I got up and said you owe me money. She’s, like, I know I got your change. I told her how much my food should’ve been, and she gave me my complete change at this point. As I set down, I watched her do it multiple times. (Not ringing up people food) making up totals. This manager is stealing from the company, and unfortunately, I have to say the entire staff is in on it. Didn’t catch her name, but this was on July 17th at 7:30 pm. Her family even came up and got food that wasn’t being rung up as well. (OLDER MOM) I felt so violated and highly disappointed!

Even though it was a bit of wait time for me to place my order, however the staff was dealing with an unruly customer. The cashier was trying to ad poised as ever, and the customer kept trying to flare her up. The manager step in, and his appreciate to situation was wonderful. He told the cashier that was having issues to step aside and take care of the next customer, and he dealt with the unruly customer, with poise and mannerism. Also another employee stepped up from the drive through and showed great back up with the manger in a very smooth way. And then they took my order and I received delicious food for what I purchased. The only thing is, when I got home and opened my bag, I was missing my 2 biscuits that was supposed to come with my order. I was a tad disappointed, however because the chicken was so good as well as my 2 sides of delicious Red beans and rice, and again the great way they handled the unruly customer, I couldn’t give this restaurant and staff nothing less than a 9/10.

I placed an online order for pick up, I went inside to pick it up and it wasn’t even ready nor was I greeted. There was no one in line, and it took them over 20 minutes to receive my food. Upon waiting, I noticed roaches crawling on the cashier counter. This is the most unprofessional and unsanitary establishment I have ever been too. 0 stars if I could give it and I would NEVER walk into this disgrace of an establishment ever again PERIOD.

We downloaded the app to place our order for pickup and when we arrived at Popeyes, we found out that the app didn’t process our order completely… Thanks to the manager for understanding our technical experience with the app and she completed our order in a timely manner..! It will be appreciated if Popeyes can fix any Bug issues and updates with the app.

New look, same attitude. I like the food but WTH is the point of doing a mobile order if I am I going to wait 30 minutes for my order… after I have entered the restaurant. I waited 20 minutes and they didn’t start COOKING my food until I asked about my order. It took another 20 minutes to get my food. They’re so slow and nonchalant here. And this is a common occurrence because it’s happened to me a few times. They didn’t apologize or even acknowledge that I’ve been waiting such a long time. All Popeyes are not created the same, and this Popeyes proves that.

The service is slow the drive thru line took FOREVER. Got in the line at 7:17pm didn’t get to the window (the speaker was broken) to order until 7:56pm. The only thing that was pleasant was the worker at the window. But that wait time is horrible.
