My wife ordered lunch online from our neighborhood Dominos. Terrible mistake. I drive down to pick it up, and back home. Wings came with no sauce. The Pasta Primavera had no tomatoes. The Chicken Alfredo Pasta had no chicken. I tried to call the store, but the recording says that they are having phone issues and you will have to go online. Dominos knows that they are terrible, and makes it impossible to speak with anyone. I drive back to the store to discuss the issues with the “manager”. First, I ask him about the Primavera. He said it was made correctly. I showed it to him, and said where is the tomatoes. His response was, “We are out of tomatoes.” Well, you just told me it was made correctly. So if you are out of ingredients, TAKE THAT ITEM OFFLINE. Don’t allow your customers to continue to order it even though you can’t make it properly. Secondly, I tell him that the “Chicken” Alfredo had no chicken. He said, “I made it, and I put the chicken on it”. I asked him if he is implying that I took the chicken off. He said, “I don’t know what you did with it once you took it, but I put the chicken on it.” I asked him for his name, as he is the manager. He refused to give me his name. I then asked for his supervisor’s name, and he refused to give me that person’s name. He said, “I don’t see what the issue is.” You guys have a 2.1 star rating on Google. I would bet you are in the bottom 5% of restaurants with that review score. Your service is horrible. The worst part is that you know that it’s horrible, so you make it impossible to call someone to speak with about the issues.

Domino’s is always a go. Love this place had a great vibe to it. The pieces was excellent as always I’ve been eating Domino’s Pizza for over 25 years. This was just another great experience I always look forward to eating this wonderful meal. They could clean up a little bit outside. But other than that it was a great experience and I look forward to coming back. I may not come back to this particular location. But if I’m in the area I would. Otherwise I’ll just hit the home team… But Domino’s is always a go ⭐

Worst experience ever at a restaurant. On 6/25 I placed a delivery order on the app and even paid a tip for the driver. Not only was I charged for delivery fee but the driver or the restaurant messed up my order and delivered a totally different pizza from what I ordered. We were in the pool so that’s why I wanted it delivered. I tried calling the store and the answering service gave me two choices: press # 1 for orders and 2 for other inquiries which is the one I pressed. Then I hear a message saying that they had technical difficulties with the phone so I called again and pressed one and a female answered but told me that this line was for orders only even after explaining my problem to her. She then said that she was going to connect me with claim and guess what, it was the same number with technical difficulties. After trying the call several times I decided to get out of the pool, dried myself out and headed to the store at which time the employee there said that they didn’t have a phone line and that he was going to make the pizza right for which I had to wait. My brain was on fire at this time. I feel that why I paid for delivery and tip if I ended up having to pickup my own pizza. If you ask me the pizza should have been free after all the aggravation that I went through. Will never buy pizza at Domino’s again and I will try to call corporate to ask for a full refund or else I will report it to my bank as a fraudulent charge because in my mind that is scamming people.

The store on 360 located in Grand Prairie is short staffed and the order ahead option in the app needs to be disabled. When placing my order on the app, it stated my order was ready for pick up at 503pm. I arrive to the store at 512pm and my order wasn’t even made yet. There were other orders before mine that was still being worked on. I asked who I could call and complain to on the managers behalf because that’s not fair to the customers who place their orders and is given a time for pick up, only to have to wait an additional 20mins before your order is even ready. One of my items was a chicken Caesar salad, I didn’t check my bag until I got home and what do I find, a garden salad with Caesar dressing. I’m a loyal customer who may very well take my business elsewhere. This is ridiculous.

I ordered pizza two hours ago got text messages, saying that it was arriving nobody ever pulled up. My phone never rang. I’ve got another text message saying that they were right around the corner. I stood at my door for well over an hour, waiting for somebody I am disabled, and I have stairs, so I could not be going up and down the stairs, when I called to question where my pizza was, the manager told me that they had made efforts to call me and they showed up circling and could not find my address. That was totally absurd. There’s no way you can miss my address I live in a rather large home in a gated Community and nobody ever called or text me otherwise when I asked for my money, he said it will be returned so this means I cannot order anything else to eat until they decide to return my money. I’m very disappointed in this location and I will post this all over social media. I read the reviews and I am not the first person that this has happened to. It’s very sad when Domino’s has gone down that far

I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago about how terrible the food and service is at this location. You will see a response asking me to email them at their support email. Guess what. No response. Stay away from this location. Marcos, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, etc are all in the same area. Go elsewhere!

Ordered online, said my pizza was ready, nope! still in the oven had to wait extra 15 minutes. On top of that they left of the italian sausage that I paid extra for. This location has never gotten my order correct. Not going back.

I’ve ordered 3 different times from this location and there is always an issue with my delivery. Orders get cancelled due to no drivers, behind on drivers and get orders super late. Always an issue no matter Day or time. Need better staffing

Really deserve no stars but it’s the only way to comment. Domino’s need new “owners” that can pay their employees to come and work. This is the second time my order has been canceled. First excuse was their systems are down and they don’t plan on bringing them back online. Second excuse was they don’t have drivers and closing early. This last canceled order at least said that they are closing at 10pm and if I place my order BEFORE 10pm then it will still be delivered. Well, order placed at 9:58pm and canceled at 9:59pm. The lies you tell…. Revise your fine detailed notes or advertise it on TV. What happened to the robot making deliveries?? Hmmm….
