The parking lot and drive thru get messy at times. There’s 12 curbside order spots so that’s usually your best bet. Order and have it delivered to your car. If there’s an event going on at the Sports Arena, drive to the next closest CFA in Mission Valley. It will be much faster.

Chick-fil-a is literally the best!! I love this place oh so much! The best most tender chicken, best sauces and best frosted lemonade ! Seriously if you have not tried the frosted lemonade I highly recommend you do, it doesn’t sound that amazing but TRUST ME! It’s the BEST, especially on a hot summer day! Very refreshing!!

Hey a spacious seating first and not swamped with dual lane drive thru customers like Midwest US locations. Service courteous and quick. The bacon egg cheese breakfast sandwich pretty good moist muffin bread, and the chicken and biscuits always good.

Well, my wife got me a Cobb salad for me from here before I got home from work. Excited for it. However, when I opened the lid, a half dead fly flew/ crawled out. And they added blue cheese for some reason? Baffling. I didn’t freak out, but my wife called to let the complaint department know. It’s been almost 2 weeks, no apology, let alone any compensation. Very disappointing. Did they even inform the branch? I guess I will do it for them and see how that works out. Not looking for free stuff, but at lest some kind of acknowledgment of what happened….

This location tried to charge me 3x more than the other chick fil a 10 min away and gave me unacceptable excuses. Made me wait almost 30 minutes to pull up to talk to someone and when i did i asked for a business card or information and they straight up told me to google it. Glad they didnt receive my business for wasting my time. And before this they would always mess up my order in some way. Go across the street. Food is better anyways.

I ordered a few items tonight for dinner. The app routed the order to be delivered through DoorDash. My order came and it was missing a sandwich and an apple sauce. When I called the restaurant, the person told me it was DoorDash’s issue even though THEY packed it and my bag was sealed. This is the worse response and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I would leave zero stars if I could. I will never order or go to this location. Thanks to their lack of customer service one person was left without dinner and my child without his apple sauce.

The food was excellent. The order was incorrect. The lady who took the order in drive thru messed the order up. We ordered large meals X4 and only one was large the rest were all medium. She didn’t repeat the order after it was given. If she had, we would of been able to correct the mistake. So disappointed in the service.
