Driving home hungry. Stopped at Sonic because they were on the right side of the road, not my usual brand. Ordered burger and tater tots. Service was friendly. My Best Burger in years! A generous size, tender, tasty, with lots of lettuce, onions and pickles! The tater tots were Hot right out of the fryer, done perfectly. Sonic is my new burger place!

As always, great food, but the customer service wasn’t great. I’m a firm believer that good customer service will bring customers back, but in this location, the staff wasn’t very friendly. I don’t know, maybe it was because we went pretty late, and they were busy, but still, be nice.

This is a fast food place, so the food isn’t the best. I went in for a breakfast burrito, and it was just OK. However their drinks, shakes, slushes, limeade’s, lime Ricky‘s are really good. I wouldn’t really go here for the food, but I will definitely come here for the drinks and treats. The theme is a pretty cool retro diner field. This location has a larger dining location than others. You can also go through drive-through, or the drive up.

We have came here twice in the past week and both times were not good. They charged us twice for one order and wouldn’t refund us and the second time waited 15+ minutes for a shake. Not good service, I enjoy sonic but this location really disappointed me.

Guy handed me the shake, and the lid popped off. Milk shake spilled all over in my car, on the console, on my electronics, on my clothes. Now if it was a shake, it shouldn’t have spilled everywhere, it was runny. I think the server seen it and just shut the window. Took my an hour to clean it up. Called the store, they didn’t answer.

I’ve been here a few times but this was the first time going inside. Most Sonics are tiny inside but this was the first one I’ve been to where there were plenty of tables to sit at. Not only that but it was really nice inside. Nicer than any others I’ve been to. The staff were friendly and even with a new hire being trained, everything was smooth and they were very polite. I was pleased with the service and the food was on par with what I was expecting.

Spent 45 minutes in the stall waiting for one drink after ordering on the app. After having cars on both sides of me come well after and leave before I asked about it and the staff was still unwilling to make my drink so I ended having to leave empty handed and probably still was charged.

I NEVER EVER make complaints to anyone EVER but this is ridiculous. I ordered a 3 chicken strip combo and this is what I got. 2 tiny pieces of chicken and 1 popcorn chicken. AND I had to wait a half hour to get it. 35 minutes it’s absolutely not worth it for that. When I called to complain the manager just said “well sorry but I’ve been here since 6 and I have to close so I’m sorry but sometimes it takes a little longer but we work with what we have” and kept making excuses and acting like I was in the wrong AND THEN DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT even after I tried to be really nice about it. absolutely awful service and I won’t be going there again.
