I love QDOBA but this was the worst QDOBA I have ever been to. The service was horrible, the food looked dry and old, the store was dirty and wet everywhere, and the workers were far from eligible for the job they were put in. One of the employees had such long hair, covering half of his face, and my friend had to ask him politely to put his hair back, which is basic hygiene in food service. Also, the drinks were extremely flat and tasted old and gross. do not go here please for your own safety. I would also review the taste but we threw it away as soon as we left the store.

I’m disappointed. I love Qdoba and usually eat it back home, but something about this one is different. I’m here visiting my grandmother and wanted something I knew I would like. The beans were hard- possibly undercooked or overcooked. The rice tasted off, almost “clean”, if that makes any sense. The chicken wasn’t anything special and was sort of over cooked, and the portions of the different ingredients in the burrito were not equal at all and weren’t distributed well. I think there’s a possibility that my queso and sour cream were left off, too. Won’t be coming back to this location because I was so disappointed with the food.

I ordered online and when I got there at the pick up time after the order was placed, the manger told me the impossible meat was not available and asked me to wait for an additional 35-40 minutes or cancel the order. That’s so frustrating and that lady with red curly hair did not even apologise for it and was on her phone all the time talking to me. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location.

I placed an order at least 2 hours prior to close, show up 30 mins later and they tell me that they have no steak or rice??! Why would you not call the guest and let them know BEFORE we get there thinking our food is ready. Horrible management, she doesn’t even acknowledge or speak during the entire refund and the kids running the show had to go get her from outside smoking or on the phone …please go get another job if you’re not actually going to provide the service you’re being paid for!!

They only had one young girl up front. There wasn’t enough food to make customer’s orders. The line didn’t move for 15 minutes. The dinner room was dirty. After waiting in line , I and other customers walked out. My wife is in DePaul Hospital. One customer told me about Qdoba.

The food is usually on point. Unfortunately this time I wouldn’t know. Stopped in today for lunch, missed the tiny sign on the door that said online orders only. Was berated upon walking up to the counter as I’d done every other time I was in there. “Do you have an online order?!” Was snarled at me. “Um, no.” I replied. “Online orders only!” Was quipped back at me. I turned and walked out, rather shocked at the short but venomous exchange from a place that was usually so happy and upbeat. Guess it’s time to check out the competition across the street.

I went to this Qdoba yesterday to order dinner. I got a taco salad to go and it was very good. I loved the decor of this location. There was a small parking lot shared with 2 other restaurants, but I didn’t have any problem finding a space. Qdoba always has good Mexican style food for the price. If youre in this area do stop and enjoy.

We ordered online and when we got there about 20 min after the order was placed every worker was sitting at a booth watching videos on their phone! When we walked in someone jumped up to get the ticket and multiple were backed up. So a worker started warming a tortilla only to leave the counter to go back to the booth to look at the phone again! At that point we asked for our money back and left. We will not be going back again anytime soon.
