As a Canadian I must say that I wish we had more Chick-fil-A locations as the experience is easily the best you’ll get from a fast food restaurant. The staff is always friendly, the service is quick and the food is nothing short of heavenly. If you’re a first timer I definitely recommend the nuggets, waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce as those are my favourite menu items that I have tried.

The food is fine, but every time I do to this restaurant, there is no parking spots despite tue inside only being half full. Of course they have like 14 empty spots reserved for mobile orders. When this happens, I leave. I assume they lose a lot of business by reserving all of their spaces. It’s not like they need them, I have never seen more than a couple mobile spots used.

We ordered 3 bags of ice and the employee did not seem happy to serve us. The bags were clearly not full, they had a full inch below the fill line. We also spotted black particles inside or ice bags. That leads me to think how do they clean their ice machine. Overall the atmosphere in there doesn’t produce what I think of Chick-fil-A, I usually imagine happier crowd of individuals, serving people with a smile.

We dined in and I must say this is the FIRST Chick-fil-A that the dining room attendant came over and ask if we needed refills on our drinks!! He came back several times to see if we needed anything, removed the trash from our tables, etc!! This restaurant has superb customer service!! Kudos!!

Alfred “The Electrician” Auger
Awesome as always. Consistent across all Chick-fil-A‘s. This location was somewhat annoying if you enter from the back road you have to turn to the right and drive around the building then they have cones set up in the way in such a way you have to go to the adjacent gas station and do a U-turn and come back to be able to get into the Chick-fil-A parking lot. Quite annoying. Super busy outside with the drive-through but the inside wasn’t busy at all. Everyone inside super willing and helpful.

During breakfast we ordered our food my daughter requested a bottled water instead of a soda and when we got to the window they gave us 3 cups so we thought we got 3 sodas so she mentioned it she was told one of the cups was her water which is not what we requested and when we asked for the bottle the manager got an attitude and said “We will do it this time but we usually give a cup of water” I was shocked at his attitude because that’s very rare for a Chick-fil-A employee and what made it even more bad is she asked for a bottled water originally.
