Love Bruno’s! I’ve been getting my pizza here for over 4 years and every time I’m happy with what I order. The small pizzas are perfect size for a personal and they have really great chicken Caesar wraps. Great customer service and they offer quick delivery.

So I’m giving this place a two because I feel like the quality of ingredients are still good. The service however, though everyone is nice, they can’t get their stuff together to fill an order properly. I ordered a pizza a specific way and I got it and it was not done correctly I called back ask them to make a pizza for me yes the specific ingredients again they were kind enough to give it to me for free but when I got my order again it was incorrect . This is not the first time that I have dealt with them and either having to return food to have them remake it or just dealing with food that was made improperly. I have loved getting pizza from here for years and I just find it very disappointing at the sloppiness in the details of the order. I should know that the person who took my order took it exactly how I asked it was a person filling the order who did it improperly. For business that’s been here in town for so long you need to do better. Also as a side note I am not going to use covid as an excuse because these problems were happening long before covid-19.

Very quick, good quality pizza. My department at UMAss Amherst ordered a several-hundred dollar order for an event. We placed it about a month before, and it worked out great! They also have a gluten-free crust.

Amazing food, excellent variety and kind service always! With Covid-19 going on, a nice meal with kind people to deal with is very much appreciated! I honestly wish that I could give a higher rating. Some of the food I really do enjoy, however tonight was beyond a disappointment. I ordered a cheeseburger sub to make a long story short I asked for onions, one would assume that asking for onions on a burger, that they would come raw, correct? Well apparently not to them, asking for onion means sauteed. Okay, well that changes the whole flavor of it in my opinion. Also my food arrived 20 minutes late because my driver was given the wrong information about my address, not his fault though. My cheeseburger sub was just about the most disgusting thing I have ever ordered there, I said on the phone when I called back that it was pink, but I was mistaken, it’s literally red inside. I can tell it’s just a frozen patty so why would you not take the time to make sure it’s completely cooked? Couple that with the fact that there’s absolutely no seasoning on it and you can imagine how disgusting it was when it arrived here late and all the blood from the not cooked patties seeped into the bun, just disgusting. They did send a replacement… let’s see, ok yes, this is much much better, burger is almost well done, thank the Lord and the onions are raw. Ok, whew. I also don’t like their calzones, if you order it with any type of greasy meat you’re just going to have a mouth full of it with every bite, they really should do something to try to drain that grease out before they serve it to people. My favorite things to order from them are their salads, and their pasta dishes. If you go with either of those things you can’t go wrong and in my opinion the pizza is either a hit or miss. My delivery driver was very nice I gave him the rest of my sub and asked him to please show them how red it was inside because it was really grossing me out, hopefully he did!

Bruno’s is a small, family owned restaurant that offers a BIG taste and a great place to order takeout. They make a really good pizza & their grilled chicken grinder is a MUST HAVE. You can’t go wrong if you request sauteed onions and green peppers. But the secret weapon is their hot pepper relish. (Ask for it on the side) This grinder is SO delicious that you will eat it in tears. I’ve been traveling all the way from Springfield for some 20 years and have just discovered their batter-dipped chicken wings. Shame on me because they are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I recommend that you request that they are made extra crispy and plain, with the hot sauce on the side. They’re so super crunchy on the outside and yet moist & tasty on the inside. You will cry tears of joy as you eat them in utter disbelief. The hot sauce and blue cheese only add to the experience. Truth be told, from their pizza & wings, to the grilled chicken salads & grinders, not to mention their crunchy fries and generous helpings of pasta meals, etc…, Bruno’s does everything right. Titillate your tastebuds at an affordable price and live happily ever after. Bon appétit.

Ordered wings today that were clearly frozen pre breaded chicken tenders. Got delivered the wrong flavor (after over an hour of waiting when the eta was 25min) and management refused to refund my order as we already took a bite out of them. Very rude management and poor quality wings. Although I used to be a big fan of Bruno’s I surely will not be returning.

It has been a few times I been here and the food it reminds me of my favorite job I used to work at in chicopee doing food prep there the food was awesome also. Garlic Bread with loads of cheese the wings have the perfect spice to them. I will be back to this place 🙂
