I was charged twice without being told. I found out when I checked my bank account. I went back to the store and got the run around. The cashier never checked to verify that the charge was being refunded. She just told me that there is a 7-10 day refund process. Never have I ever had to wait that long for a refund. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back. The pizza had clearly been sitting in the warmer way too long. It was dry and the crust was hard. Both of the people that worked the register had horrible communication skills and didn’t speak English very well.

Stuffed Pretzel crust looks more like regular crust with salt on it. Expectations were way too high for this. If it wasn’t for my free crazy combo coupon I would’ve took it back. Not worth the effort. Very disappointed. Who runs this store?

I come here weekly, even though it’s not the greatest pizza in town. Sometimes I’m just in a rush and need a quick snack. The only reason why I rate this location 2 stars is, cause the pizzas and bread sticks I’ve gotten always taste like too much yeast has been added to them. And a lot of the time the pizzas I’ve gotten are not cut all the way through and sometimes it looks like they have been sitting for too long. I always check my pizza and make sure it looks good before I leave this place… Other than that the sodas are always cold at this location!

I just went to this Little Caesars asked if I could do any work for them to earn a few bucks. And they said sure clean up the parking lot and behind. Which behind the dumpster was some human excrement. I cleaned everything up spic and span I even used the dustpan and broom. And then they offered me a pizza instead of payment. I told him they can keep their Pizza and they just took advantage of me. I feel used and I just worked for them for free I guess. I don’t trust these. And for the management take a look at the cameras on Sunday around 3 p.m. maybe a little before or after and you’ll see them hand me the broom and dustpan. And these people don’t even answer their stupid phone. Why have a phone if you don’t answer?

My family of 7 has Little Caesars basically weekly. We’ve tried all the locations around us except this one. Tonight we were in the neighborhood and decided we’d stop at this one. Got extra-most-bestest pepperoni pizzas, and not only did they not have “extra” cheese or pepperoni, but they didn’t have enough. I think the red sauce was only about 60% covered.

Ordered a pretzel pizza. Made them remake it but that didn’t help. Just gave me a normal pizza coated in salt both times. Charged the pretzel pizza price though and wouldn’t refund.

It used to be the place to go for cheap pizza. Now it is not so much now, as in cheap, except for the quality. I haven’t been Impressed the last couple times ordering from here, maybe I need to change locations. The cheese doesn’t taste like cheese, it tastes more like a processed cheese. Cut costs to make profit higher, by downgrading ingredients

This store is incompetent!!! We ordered on the app and I went and picked it up. We ordered 6 pizzas and 3 crazy bread and i was running behind for my daughters party and didnt realize until after the party i didnt get the crazy bread. Ive tried calling this location SEVERAL times and they never answer. I went in and the “manager” told me there was nothing they could do! They tried giving me the crazy bread, i dont want something i dont need. She said i had to call customer service i googled it and the number goes to the delivery service and they said there is NOTHING they can do as well. I called the west jordan location and they answer RIGHT AWAY. They told me they can give me a refund and not sure why they would have told me that. The girl at the west jordan location said i needed to call sizzlingplater to get a refund! I finally was able to talk to Ben and get the refund. But dont go to this location they are idiots.
