Stopped in for the 1st time to try a hot fudge sundae. A bit pricey for its small size and being soft serve ice cream. Service was slow, about a 10 minute wait after ordering. Not many cars on the lot.

This restaurant needs to be converted to a Drive-Thru. It took 15-minutes for them to come over the speaker to tell me they would be right with me and 20-minutes to take the order. Waiting for my food at the 30-minute mark after pulling into the space 🙁

This particular Sonic has definitely gone downhill over the years. You can never rely on what food might be available once you get there they are constantly out of something or some kind of machine is broken. Staff doesn’t have the best attitude I’m sure that’s got to do with the work environment and how downhill the place is.

I was picking up for a delivery service and I would like to preface this all by saying the majority of the time I do not pick up orders from fast food places because they usually don’t make the orders and it’s a hassle to get them to do their job. I was in the area and I took the delivery not expecting it to be a great experience but the customer service was so good it really made the entire delivery worth it. There was one item on the order that they apparently didn’t have cheese sticks I believe it was. So I messaged the customer to find out what they wanted instead they weren’t getting back to me so the employees just put another popular item in a few minutes later the customer gets back to me want something different so they just give the customer both things they also accidentally made him a shake that was a size up from what he ordered. The manager and the CarHop we’re incredibly nice and patient and this is something I don’t encounter on a regular basis when dealing with fast food establishments

They had only one waitress and this girl was working hard! No one had to wait for their food. That girl was doing great! I was so proud of her. I gave her the best tip I could afford & I explained to her My family&I live in a camper in the Walmart parking lot because our landlord sold the home we were renting for almost 5yrs&he gave us 10days notice before the new owners took over… Blah Blah

Always out of what you order. Long wait for response to place order even even they seem to not be that busy. Last 3 visits and results last 2 visit didn’t even order ended up just leaving. 1st time didn’t have ice or the food to make what I asked for. 2nd time ice cream machine didn’t work 90 degrees out side a cold drink or a shake is the only reason to go to sonic cause the food is never that great…

Terrible around 3-4 they have stale food don’t have fresh they clearly don’t know how to make cherry limeade. They need to get fired or have better people at this time to make sure their food is rotated properly and have them trained better.

The app wasn’t working correctly. So we tried to order from the sign, and no one answered, so I thought that the sign was broken and went to another one, and the same thing happened. They lost a lot of business that day.
