As someone who has previously delivered for a Jimmy Johns, I love the franchise and have had excellent with AV, Burnsville, and Bloomington locations. However, I cannot in good faith recommend this particular store. If this store is your first experience with a Jimmy Johns, I assure you that this location is the exception and not the rule.

Why bother even customizing your sandwich, they don’t follow what you ask for, do you have knives? Sandwich are never cut! The sandwiches are always just thrown together. The past times we’ve been here, May 4th, April 29th, April 13th, March 10th, February 18th and 12th all 2021.

I usually eat here all the time since they are so close and fast, but I’m disappointed on their portions especially since I paid extra for it….. I paid extra for avocado spread on my sandwich and there was literally barily any on there and it was hidden between slices of meat.. super disappointed and I’ll reconsider how I spend my money next time. Also every time I get a reward on my app it’s a condiment or side that I never buy or like- what’s they point in a reward system that doesn’t know their customer.

Charged me twice for one sandwich combo. I went back inside right away and the guy that took my order still wanted to argue with me after I showed him my bank statement. Kept showing me it charged once on his computer for 19.13 but my card got charged twice and 38.26 was took out and I was just like forget because I didn’t want to argue. So keep that extra 19.13 not going back there again.

My “sandwich” was smaller than my child’s half sandwich…. and so I ordered again. And then I ordered again. 20 minutes pass and he still forgets my drink. I called the store and they were unprofessional about all of it.

I have called and placed order’s multiple times at this location. ZERO delivery because they can’t hire delivery drivers. What is the point of Jimmy John’s if there’s no delivery. People are friendly on the phone but this is a failure of a business.
