Horrible! I got the pizza delivered and it was destroyed. I’ve never received my pizza poorly made until today, this time it was thin and even through I tried to rearranged the slices were off. Never ordering from here again.

Cheesy bread was amazing Pizza was just ok , been eating pizza hut since I was a kid. Can never go wrong, I always get a craving once or twice a year. I can only eat so much it fills be up so quick, I do like there pepperoni it is thin a crispy, my daughter loves it. Family and I will be back soon.

I order from this location all the time and today I dealt with a rude cashier. I think she’s a Mexican young girl. She was speaking to me like I was dumb and also sat my food on the counter without telling me it was ready. Just the rudest person ever. I’m never coming back here.

The old white lady in the window is very rude! I got a personal pan pizza and i asked her for a cup of water and Parmesan cheese (packets ) she said “oh no that costs “.. i said ok. She goes and grabs a Parmesan shaker and charges me 2$ for a water and 2$ for the shaker

I wish they deserved the one star I gave them. I specifically asked for them to call and not knock on the door because I might not be able to hear them, they knock anyway. No biggie. The guy gives me my pizza, I sign my receipt, he leaves. I open the box of pizza and it’s destroyed. I call, ask to speak with the manager, said his name was Peter, extremely rude. He’s entertaining a personal call while on the phone with me. After a while he finally tells the person he’s on the phone with that he’ll call them back. I explain the situation and he states the driver will be back to pick the pizza up and asked if I want another one delivered. I decline and ask for a refund. He tells me that he’ll void my ticket but refuses to give me a confirmation number for the voided items.

My delivery driver, Shabaz, was extremely professional. He worked with our concierge to deliver my pizza up to my unit, and maintained adequate communication. Would highly recommend this Pizza Hut location, my experiences have always been great here and Shabaz was amazing!

Super fast and efficient but quality of the food is still there! No lie. I ordered my pizzas on the website at 6:43 and my food was delivered at my house by 7:07. On a Saturday night at that! With it getting there so fast I was worried that it wasn’t going to be cooked all the way through or something. But NOPE! Pizzas were perfectly in tact and piping hot!

I ordered a pizza with pineapple on the hole pizza and they only put pineapple in less of the half , pineapple was my favorite topping , so basically I could enjoy my food :$, on the other hand at least they put enough of the other toppings

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:20 (listed that they close at 11). Waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement but saw employees in the restaurant who also made eye contact with us. Not sure what would take precedence over waiting customers ready to pay for service/food but with that being said, only one star. When serving customers please make sure customer service training is made a priority. We went ahead and left without ordering since your employees thought something other than customers ready to be serviced was a priority. Nobody has time to wait in a drive thru designed to be convenient and fast for service for mediocre employee service. Please address internally with your staff.
