The hotel and restaurant look much nicer after the remodeling, good ambiance and clean. We sat on the patio even when the main dining room was more inviting. The patio needs more decoration and nicer tables, however the view of the garden in the middle of the resort is amazing.

Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to eat here, however, we did stay at this location and had drinks at the bar the first night we were there. It looks lovely, but you definitely need to make reservations in advance!

This place does not worth the wait or the drive to go eat. the supposed bokchoy is soak in so much salt that it taste more salt than sea water. I understand the short staffing but when you short staff you need to know when to said you are full can’t take anymore. You need to people option to decline to go in when you can’t service the crowd. we have reservations and have to wait to be seated. a couple just walk up without reservation go right in seated before us. the food wait was 1hour after so many excuses i am sorry but we don’t care about your excuses anymore. Need to shut the restaurant down until you ready for service again.

This place is a hidden gem. They have a new chef with a great, diverse menu, in a tranquil park-like setting (if you eat on the awesome patio). The staff was amazing, the food was great, and again the atmosphere on the patio is about as good as it gets here in Sedona. We brought our dog and they probably gave her more attention than us (in a good way). Check it out.

We were a group of 7 for dinner, celebrating a birthday, three of us ordered the Salmon and they served it cold… the three plates cold! They said they’d prepared them again (we were just asking them to warm them up but they said they needed to prepared them again) so after 15 or 20 more minutes they came with just the piece of salmon !! What about the rest? Were they expecting the rice would be warm while we were waiting??

This was my first visit since they remodeled and renamed the restaurant. Our small group enjoyed the small private dining room at the far end of the restaurant and the service was excellent. Several raved about the Fish and chips while I tried the Ghost Wings, chicken wings in a Ghost chili bbq sauce. Adventurous me was expecting a serious capsaicin burn, but I must report this sauce was a zero. Ghost pepper has a 9 rating, super hot. Someone forgot the main ingredient. Sorry I have no photos.

I went ahead and bought 2 vouchers for breakfast, and what was brought out was NOT what menu said. The fruit that was brought to our table was moldy. Our waitress seemed annoyed that i pointed out the issues and said to ME , “ im sorry this didnt meet your expectations “ ?! My expectations? Im pretty sure many wouldnt want moldy fruit. Finally she came back to our table & said “ everything has been taken care of, meaning our bill… which i never got to even see my bill, and im sure we didnt even order $50 worth of food… spoke to manager Brent who assured me someone would be calling to correct or credit me that was 2 weeks ago & still no call. Worst experience ever, this is not tied to the hotel, dinning is separate and i can see why as the hotel was amazing! & here we r month later still NO credit on vouchers.

Food was good but the service was heavily lacking. Felt bad for our server as he clearly had too many tables and was not given support by management. Also, our food got trapped behind an event the kitchen was catering for the hotel. We arrived at 7:30 but didn’t receive our mains until 9:30… food was good but not great. I think they’ll be able to work out the staff and kitchen kinks and this would be 4 stars.
