I’m not one to leave a bad review (especially for Jimmy John’s) but I just went to this location and was turned away as a customer because they “couldn’t break a $100 bill”. Ok…multi-million dollar company and you don’t accept United State Currency- no thank you! I love my free smells but since being turned down for how I choose to pay, I won’t be returning to another Jimmy John’s ever again.

Ordered the Caprese Pesto, vegetarian option that is on the online menu, but apparently this location doesn’t have that sandwich, only the salami one. Got all the way home before I realized and called the store. They didn’t really care or offer any sort of accommodation for this error.

i love this place but today i went and got a sandwich and completely forgot to ask for no mayonnaise. i felt so terrible, it was my mistake after all. i told the girl working and she instantly offered to remake it for me and assured me it’s no problem. i felt so bad but i am so thankful she was so kind and helpful. this place truly has never disappointed me!

I ordered a pick up order for two giant sandwiches. One veggie, one italian. When I got home and opened my sandwiches, I discovered that I only had cheese and onions on the veggie and there was only meat and cheese on the Italian despite both sandwiches needing produce. What kind of joke is this? Nothing was said to me at the window about not having certain ingredients for sandwiches. The app isn’t giving me an option to complain and the store isn’t picking up the phone. I would never go back here, personally.

The staff is BEYOND lazy. I ordered online and when I called the store about my order she said they were out of bread. She even lied about calling me 3 times. This location needs to shut down ASAP. They give jimmy johns a bad name. They lied about being out of bread because they close at 10:00. This all happened at 9:00. She even voided my order without my permission. Fake subway. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else because this place isn’t it.
