come here a lot usually never any issues but this morning my sandwich looked like someone dropped an elbow on it, fries were really bad. the rest of the food was cold. they left a sandwich out so i had to go back and o didn’t even get an im sorry about that. really disappointed

I honestly don’t like how they didn’t seal the top of my milkshake I ordered off DoorDash. They could’ve put a wrapper over it because the delivery person could’ve stuck anything in my drink. Highly upset for a drink I paid 13 dollars for.

I usually have good things to say, but I just had my worst Chick-fil-A experience ever this past Friday evening. Went through the drive through line. The large fry I ordered was about half full. I took it back in to show them. Instead of giving me new fries for my trouble and their carelessness, I got a few new fries added on top. When I got back out to my car, I realized the fries were covered in hair. It was a very long hair and was looped around a couple of fries, so I wondered if it hadn’t been put there on purpose because I took the fries back inside and complained of the shortage. I went back inside a second time and got new fries…at least I hope they were new fries. I received not even as much as an apology from anyone either time I went back inside. They were very busy that evening, and I can see how small things can happen sometimes, but CFA Trussville needs to do better in the hospitality department with their younger employees.

The food is always great but every time I order they ALWAYS forget to add things I ordered to my bag and by the time I realize it I’m already home passing out the food among my family members. My last visit I ordered 4 large sprites/7Ups with my 4 drive-thru food orders, as I was pulling into my drive way I sipped from my drink and realized they all were filled with carbonated water bc they didn’t replenish their depleted soda machine!! AGAIN TO LATE TO TURN AROUND TO GET IT FIXED OR HAD GAS TO WASTE GOING BACK! What a waste of hard earned paycheck having to pour out all the drinks I purchased not to mention my family was pretty pissed they had no soda to drink with our meals! We won’t be back any time soon.

I can’t remember the last time I’ve had bad food or bad service from any Chick-fil-A. Occasionally service may be a little slow, BUT it’s only usually because they have excellent service and good fast food! For breakfast I always order a chicken and egg biscuit and lunch or dinner it’s a #1 combo, chicken sandwich add cheese. And thru the app is usually the only way I order. It’s fast and convenient!

1st time at this Chick-fil-a and most likely the last, the service felt like I was at BK. Slow taking the order, didn’t repeat the order, ended up not getting what I asked for. That’s fine, I’m hungry and don’t have time to go back but when the order is wrong and Cold it just drives me crazy.

This CFA has really deteriorated on the quality of food and customer service. 90% of the time the sprite is carbonated water, the nuggets lately taste like cigarettes and all you get when you call in to explain “hey something is wrong with your nuggets” is attitude and ugliness. I refuse to keep spending money here when the CFA 1 exit further down is so much better.

CFA service was efficient and moved pretty good since it was a rush hour. The sandwichs we ordered, seemed much smaller (chicken breast) than what we normally get at our CFA in Rome, GA. Still very good, but smaller portions.
