It took several minutes to get waited on, the order was wrong on 1 meal and the fries were cold on the other. The fish sticks were just a little larger than the frozen ones you buy in a store. They were tasteless. The 3 employees I saw, seemed to be busy on the drive thru. No one was at the front and he acted put out when he had to come wait on us. I haven’t been here in over a year because of the last bad experience. Done with Arby’s now.

We asked them to shave our roast beef extra thin. The cashier got a manager and she said that she couldnt do that because it was bad for the blade. Isnt that what it is used for? We have been eating at this Arbys for years and it has never been a problem before. The roast beef was to thick and chewy.

Always good food and consistently friendly service; I think they even share staff and scheduling with the one on Kickapoo. This particular location never did invest back in high chairs after Covid though, which I think is a little silly. We usually go to the other location with our family, but this place works in a pinch.

If you work outside in the heat all day and want a cool place to sit and eat lunch don’t go to Arby’s on Harrison as they have no A/C. Guess they want their customers to eat in a 81 degree restaurant. (A/C and heat have been unfunctional for several months now).

I aways enjoy going to Arby’s and with that said I was disappointed in this trip. It was absolutely no fault of the employees they were wonderful. It was lack of supplies due to truck delivery and inability to actually get what they need to operate. These businesses are struggling to accommodate customers with what they have. I will definitely go back to Arby’s and support them.
